We are being charged to replace three of the vertical slats on our vertical blinds. The lifetime warranty doesn't apply to them? That is very disappointing, when you consider that i spent thousands on our shutters.

We have used Vineyard blinds for 2 homes we have owned. While product delivery can very do to the unforeseen, we could not be happier with the product and service

Extremely disappointed in this company. We ordered a plantation shutter from them 13 weeks ago and are still waiting with no date yet. Called multiple times, now being told that they’ve arriving in “Customs” and need to wait there for 14 days!! Asked them to update my phone number 3 times yet each time I’d call they’d have the old number then eventually changed it but transposed the number incorrectly. Incredibly frustrating. Will not order from this family owned business again.

Very disappointed. I ordered one shutter and waited at least 8 to 12 weeks only for them to come and realize they measured wrong. Now I am waiting again. It’s been nine weeks and still no word. The tech who came called me with a weak apology saying “well it’s not gonna kill you to wait since it’s your garage shutter.”
