  I recently opened a new business under LLC and know nothing about that because my previous business was a sole proprietorship. This company is the best company to process your LLC when you have zero knowledge or lost as to the next steps why?
  
  1.) Quick to response. You can call them, and an actual person will talk to you on the phone. And the wait is not long AT ALL! You can chat with them and a human being replies, not a virtual assistant. Also, you can ask them any question even if its not on their menu, they will answer or help you at the best of their knowledge.
  2.) that part where you pay $99 and they will tell you ALL the permits you need for your business, that is very helpful. Not only that, you are provided with the links of these said permits as well.
  
  They might be slightly pricey compared to other LLC filings out there, but I think if the headache of guessing the next step is out of the equation, they're worth it. It's like having a best friend that holds your hand to the entire process of building a new business. I wish I could say the same thing about my website creator. If this company creates and hosts website, for sure I'm their biggest fan.

  Their online process is flawed. In spite of being very careful while registering, somehow their system snuck in and made them the Registered Agent. It defeated the purpose behind my paying over $300 in expedited fees to them and the state.

  I have opened businesses in multiple states using lawyers and accountants. Due to a time constraint I decided to use biz filings. They really were no convenience at all. I had to file additional paperwork not covered by their service, which I had to discover on my own, and then found out later that they signed me up for additional services that I didn't request and requested an exorbitant fee to correct. Do not recommend.

  I formed my DE corporation with BizFilings, and the process was fantastic. The customer service was very responsive, they helped answer my questions, and I received all my documents quickly.
