We love going here. We take our kids several times a year. The staff is always so nice and friendly. Our kids favorite part is the tram ride to "Africa". I love how many things there are for the kids to do besides just look at animals.

I have not been to this zoo but if is anything like the customer service I got through the phone from Shannon & Jennifer in the sourvine shop, then this zoo is awesome. I live in Tennessee but my 4yr old daughter lost her giraffe that her older sister bought from this zoo in the shop. The ladies in the shop helped me figure out which giraffe it was she had bought and then they shipped it to me to make my daughter happy again. Above & beyond customer service! I can not put into words how they helped make this 4yr old happy again! Just awesomeness!

Great zoo with large living spaces for the animals. Everything is nice and spread out too. It will easily take a 1/2 to full day to go through with kids. Also many nice picnic areas outside of the zoo for a lunch break.

I cant say enough of my love for this place! I love how it keeps expanding! Food is rather pricey and not that great. The animals are great. Seen the new lion addition and he was super lazy but it was warm today. Best part if it all was the new baby giraffe!!!! Feeding the giraffes is such a great experience. I recommend that if you travel here you must feed the giraffes! It took us about 5 hrs altogether but that was upon myself as i kind of had a not lookin and gawking moment and sprained my ankle. Petting zoo is fun for the little ones to get right involved with the some animals. Very friendly staff all over the place and a very clean zoo as well. Creates wonderful memories!!!

Great zoo! Took the family there last weekend and had a blast. Employees were knowledgeable and helpful and the variety of animals was nice. Enjoyed the newer trails. There is a lot of walking between attractions but it looks like future expansions will fill in most of the areas without much to see. Local affordable and fun.

Great zoo. Visited for the first time with 3 1/2 and 11 year old grandsons. Lots of walking but it had nice shade and lots of places to sit and rest. The giraffe feeding area was awesome. You could reach out and touch them. A few of the animals were hiding and my grandson was disappointed not to see cheetahs and a couple of other animals. The food was fairly reasonable and pretty tasty. The gift shop was very nice. We spent over 4 hours there. It was worth the 2 hour drive to visit.

We had a great time at the zoo yesterday. We got there right at 9 on a Saturday and took the first tram to the African section of the zoo. It was fantastic and not crowded at all! We got back to the lower section around 11:30 and the crowds were quite a bit bigger, but still manageable. The only animals we didn't really get a good look at were the dingos and the snow leopard. They were snoozing in the sun. The male lion was up and about, and the cheetahs we're very playful, pouncing around and chasing each other. Really, all the animals seemed content and well cared for. It was well worth the trip for us and we'll definitely be back!

I love this zoo! We have a membership and go there weekly! The employees are always friendly and willing to answer questions. There are always new exhibits being added to grow the place.

This is a great local west Michigan zoo to visit. Our 4 kids love walking the trails and seeing all the animals in nice habitat settings. Feeding giraffes is probably the coolest thing here.

A beautiful zoo that shows all of the animals in a wide open natural habitat. My kids love it here and we always have a great experience.

A pleasant surprise, finding this wonderful zoo when I wasn't even expecting one in the area! Red River hogs and other unique residents. Bald eagle pair even showed off for me, and the red panda was the most active I've ever encountered! Feeding of some residents is offered, as well as summertime treks for younger adventureers.
