We spent the weekend of Christmas here and paid close to $1,000 for our stay. The day after Christmas at around 8am we were awakened by a FIRE DRILL that lasted at least 10 minutes. To make matters worse, we got no sympathy from the most RUDE front desk MANAGER I have ever encountered; Mr. ERIN ATWOOD, who claimed that there was a real fire and not a drill. Interesting enough we were told THREE different versions as of where the "fire" occurred: in the spa, the fitness center and the kitchen. I would imagine that if there was a true emergency the staff would know where it took place. The HOUSEKEEPERS and RUNNERS are LOUD hence, you will be awakened in the early hours of the morning by their loud voices, cleaning carts and slaming doors of rooms near by. Bottom line is, stay in this hotel if you want to take nice pictures or hang around their oversized pool. Do NOT stay here if you want to REST or RELAX. IT WILL NOT HAPPEN!!

Holiday tradition. For the past 16 years, we have made it a tradition to go to the Biltmore bar for a couple cocktails before the Christmas Eve celebration begins. Although the bar could use a refresh (it looks the same as it did the first time I ever went there), the service was good, drinks were tasty, and another holiday celebrated. Aside from the bar, the Biltmore remains a beautiful, iconic landmark in the Coral Gables area.

We attended a work Christmas party in one of the private rooms. It was scheduled to be by the pool, but unfortunately we got a rare cold snap and it had to be moved inside. The new venue was equally impressive. The food was absolutely PHENOMENAL. Some of the best carved meats I've ever had, and the salads were equally as perfect. Beautiful location, fantastic venue, and amazing food.

On special occasion I make an reservation to go to the Biltmore restaurant and buffet. Although it is not a wide range variety of the buffet, it is still an enjoyable outdoor setting. Afterward I walk around the hotel in mind the views and beautiful scenery. If you decide to go to the Biltmore buffet please take in account that the cost for each plate is $100.

I went to the Biltmore for an overnight stay. The hotel is beautiful and has an old world charm. On my recent visit the hotel seemed to be dealing with A/C issues. There was a stickiness feel both inside and outside the rooms and I did see repair personal trying to correct the issue. Since I have stayed here before and never experienced this I would say its a unusual experience and you should not have an issues. The rooms are on the smaller side and I would request a suite if your budget allows. Overall you will have a fantastic experience.

Beautifully, newly renovated Main Lobby area where we enjoyed a Tea Party!!!. For this being such a busy Hotel, I loved how it felt like we were in our own little space, secluded from other guests. The staff was really nice and helpful. The lady that played the Harp was simply amazing!!. This was a great Sunday afternoon!! Definately needs to be repeated..

From the moment we arrived at the Biltmore and our car door opened by the staff, we felt welcomed and special. Each person we met seemed genuinely interested in making sure all our questions were answered and that we were enjoying our stay. We received excellent referrals on where to dine and were whisked off to any location in nearby Coral Gables we wanted to visit by personal driving staff, complimentary. We enjoyed an excellent dinner in the fountain court and presented with a complimentary dessert to help celebrate our anniversary. On another day we enjoyed an afternoon tea, again with a complimentary dessert, and enjoyed lovely music performed on a harp. The woman playing the harp was excellent. She also took the time to answer all our questions about the exquisite harp she owned. The key to the success of our stay was how fully and genuinely everyone engaged with us to make us feel special. Having had a career in hospitality myself, I can fully appreciate all the behind the scenes efforts to make a guest feel comfortable. The Biltmore staff is superb! The hotel is lovely and combined with the service and amenities, we felt we were in an oasis. Thank you to everyone at the Biltmore.

My favorite place, great drinks and food. Beautiful architecture and atmosphere. Extremely historical, I love walking around observing all the architectural details and old pictures. Excellent culinary school for both adults and kids. Spa is also another favorite with many wonderful options.

Beautiful hotel and conference center. I come here for meetings about once a quarter. I look forward to it each time. Professional staff, excellent food, clean, pristine bathrooms. Excelllent for visitors to come here just to see the architecture.
