Not a place I’d like to go back to any time soon. I mean, there’s nothing unique about their steak. Their service is good but not great. Will definitely not be coming back here any time soon

The food was made exactly how we ordered it But the subs weren't hot.. the fries were soggy and the milkshakes are way too small for the price It all tasted good though

Billy's is just as delicious as it used to be for a dozen years! I love their cheeseburger subs and root beer floats. This is your good ol' fashion pizza and sub joint. Beware, the size of the subs are gigantic! Probably a foot and a half for a full sub.

Sub was really good. Had to wait a few minutes even though I had called in the order ahead of time. I'd describe it as a delicious hole in the wall.

The whole sub is HUGE!! Bread, lettuce and meats are fresh!

I had the pizza a few years ago and that was good as well.

I haven't tried the shakes yet, but their supposed to be thick

Food was great but service was unorganized and bad. In the past has been good but this year, ugh. Got a pizza, but rest of order was forgotten. Then we said we would wait 5 minutes, after 15 we asked and it was sitting there , already ready , but again forgotten. Not busy at the time just unprofessional kids with no work ethics. Then find out they missed part if the order. Although check had it on there correctly. So in 2 minutes it was ready. Was at 9:30 pm, two other people came and went. Maybe they will hire better servers because food is always good. This was on 6/5/17 in North shop.

Here for Crusin car show got large pizza w/sausage on Fri. Best pizza ever! Then on Sat. got 2 subs they were hot and very tasty, wife got meatball and I got a cold cut, always had great service

Don't normally do this but I was so disappointed I had to let you know. Ive been going to your original location for over 30 years and always had a great experience and enjoyed your subs so much over the years. I went to your 120th street location out of convenience. Absolutely horrible. Should have known by the lack of customers (only one in there). Mundane atmosphere, Mundane food. Didn't get what I ordered but took it home before I checked it. You need to spend some time getting that place up to some standards or just close it. It's an embarrassment. . So disappointed.

Excellent food. The cheese steaks are great. Pizza is great. I love the special sauce recipe. Tenders are awesome..

3 stars because it is not the cleanest place behind counters.

This is by far the WORST take out experience I have ever had. I wish there was an option to give this place zero stars because honestly, that's what it deserves. After over 2 HOURS of waiting for our food to be delivered Not only did they try to make us pay full price for our food but our food was completely cold. After calling the restaurant yet again they were completely rude and dismissive to our requests. On top of the horrible experience we received with the delivery, we sat down to eat our cold pizza and wings and found that although we orderered 10 wings we received a measly 8. I would encourage NOBODY to order from this horrible restaurant.

This place was glowingly recommend by my neighbor. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe my neighbor just doesn't know what a great steak sub really tastes like but I found it to be just about like any other steak sub you can get anywhere up and down the coast. Good but not great. Service was good and the staff was friendly. The rest of my family had pizza and they gave the pizza 4 stars. I didn't realize how large the whole sub is. It's huge! But it should be for almost $17.
