Not impressed name might be catchy sums aren't has to be the smallest subs I've ever had!! Think I'll take a ride to A.C. for my next one

If you’ve never tried out the steaks here then you’re really missing out. Grilled to perfection. I really love the tingly feeling you get once you put it in your mouth. Without a doubt this is one of the best steak shops around.

I've never wrote a bad review but, today I am. Their website and google said they close at midnight I get there at 11:15 which is 45 minutes away from closing. The guy said they are closed. All the employees where wondering around and the guy who told me they where closed was vaping inside the store.

Today I placed an order and it was completed at 5:30 pm. After about 45 minutes I called the Subrunners establishment to check the status of my order and was placed on hold and whomever was answering the phone hung up on me 6 times while I was still on hold! Finally the 7th time I called back and was placed on hold for exactly 6 minutes and 31 seconds. By then I had hopped in my car still on hold in route to the establishment. As I was pulling up finally someone answered and I immediately asked for a manager as he placed me on hold again not knowing that I was in front of the store observing. At this moment the delivery guy was about to go out to deliver my food so I told him to back up and take it inside because I no longer wanted the food. The man that placed me on hold then realized that I was the customer that he so rudely hung up on several times while his co workers assumed he was placing the calls on hold. Of course when I entered the store and showed him and the delivery guys my call log he still continued to lie about hanging up multiple times and ignoring me placing me on hold for 6 minutes and 31 seconds never saying hello until I pulled up. He sent me straight to the message asking me to hold never verbally making contact until I pulled up then he got on the phone about to pretend to be the manager. I let him know that I didn't want a soggy tuna fish prepared by now a hour and 10 minutes ago along with hot wings that were fried the same time all dried out! I did let him know that I observed him and wanted the money refunded back to my card. The customer service is sickening and no management ever stepped in to satisfy me the customer. Nevertheless I gave them a piece of my mind and left. They lost a customer and I will be sharing my experience on every web site that asks for a Subrunners rating. You guys dnt deserve the one star I gave you!

Great cheesesteaks with plenty of other options ranging from hot/cold subs to salads and pizza. Lots of side options. All at a reasonable price. Nice dining area and delivers to most of salisbury. Open late.

I love SubRunners wings. The variety of sauces they have for them are awesome. Although, there's nothing like a Whole Triple Cheese steak! 90% of their sub toppings are free to enjoy too man!

Just called from work tonight at 1145pm and I was placed on hold and every 2 mins someone came back on the telephone and said continue to hold, this went on for a total of 8mins, then I called from a cell phone and they answered and said hold came back on in 2 mins later and a man said were closed, we are closing. If you didn't want our business you should of told us from the first time you answered the phone and made it easier on us-so we could of ordered somewhere else now my break was entirely wasted.. done with this -place

I am reluctantly giving them one star only because I am forced to do so by this website. This place has the worse customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. Not to mention that the food is so over-priced that it is ridiculous. They are the highest sub shop in Salisbury with less quality and quantity of food. I will NEVER order from here again and my husband and son have been faithful customers for years. But not anymore.
