Very rude manager. Took them an hour and my order still hadn't left the store. I call the manager says it's only been 45 minutes which was a lie. Made the statement well do you want it or not and I said yes I paid for it and then he hung up on me. Soooo rude. The girl who took my order said only 1 driver not my fault you are under staffed on a Friday. Not giving a tip to the driver sorry you can thank your store and manager for that.

Pizza Tugos is some of the best Pizza in Ocean City, MD. We visit often. Pizza is definitely their specialty, but they have a tasty selection of subs on the menu as well - including one large cheesesteak sandwich. Dine in and view the life and reflections on the Bay, or watch your favorite sports team on one of their three huge screens. Service is always fast, and friendly. They are open late, and have fast and accessible delivery. This is one of my wife's favorite pizzas, so we are always ordering delievery when in town. In my experience, you won't be disappointed.

Pizza delivery was awesome. They came directly to our room. Hoagie and salad were good. Went to restaurant for pizza later that week, and it was crazy greasy. Crust was good, but couldn't get past the grease factor.

Delicious pizza with fresh and plentiful toppings. This was my first time trying Pizza Tugos but certainly not my last after my usual establishment's quality and service have deteriorated. I'll be going back to the 116th street location tomorrow to try their wings upon several recommendations while watching the kickoff of the 2017 NFL season. As usual, I'm enjoying Ocean City and will continue to patronize the establishments that provide excellent food that have resulted in another memorable vacation.

If I was reviewing on pizza and delivery only, it would be 5 stars. Very good pizza and it was to us in less than 20 mins. However; my wife ordered the Coconut Shrimp plate. It was supposed to come with salad according to the menu but when we opened the bag, no salad. On top of that, the shrimp were burnt. Not so burnt she couldn't eat them but still, burnt.

Was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and wasn't cheap. Went there in person oordered a Hawaiian pizza, a large fry and 20 mild wings with blue cheese. Granted it was only 10-15 minute wait. I peeked in the bag before I left and saw everything. However when I got back to my hotel I opened the wings to find no mild sauce on them at all and no blue cheese it was ranch. Then my large bucket of fries was only half full. Called them up and he didn't even apologize. They were nice enough to send out the delivery boy with more fries and more wingshe just said to swap out the wings when he gets there. So he arrives 15min later with wings with sauce but they were cold. How is that possible? Call them back up and they don't apologize again. He said I could either return the wings and get my money back. But what the hell are you doing with returned food? Resellingis that why my stuff was cold. Oh and not to mention I saw a worker eating and making pizza at the same time. Disgusting! Don't go therethe worst 57 I ever spent

Good food, great service and very affordable. They have all u can eat pizza for $5.99 (which I have not had). Steak and cheese has a ton of meat every time!

We had all you can eat pizza. The waitress over charged us but fixed the price when we noticed. I was a little irked by the situation but I'd rate the cheese pizza 4/5.

I've never had a bad experience at Pizza Tugos. The pizza is very good and the pepperoni calzone is as good as I've had. I like their sauce and those fried pickles are awesome!

We ordered a large cheese pizza, 10 mango habanaro wings, and a large cheese steak in the off season of OC! Fast delivery! They told us 30 minutes it was here in 20 minutes! The pizza is delicious..we love the thin crust and the sauce, the wings are awesome, and the steak sandwich was very good! Communication with them was excellent! They were patient with me and my 20 questions when I called about my order and the delivery guy was just as great!

our family was there last night and like any other time they don't have a waitress working for when your dining in but they took our order at the register right away and got my husband and my father in law their beer quickly and for an order of 4 people it was cooked quick and it was delicious, while we were eating the cashier came and checked on us and refilled their beers and we had a great time, not once did anyone rush us out the door..I will deff be bringing my family back.

Terrible service and lousy food. When asked what beer they had on tap the waitress responded "we have 72 beers on tap, but I don't know what they are. " She the handed me a beer list with all but three beers crossed out. Useless. I had to go to the bar myself and get my own beer. When the food arrived the buns for the burgers were toasted almost to the point of being burned. We had to ask for silverware and napkins as out table had none. After we had our food for maybe five minutes our waitress asked if we were ready for the check. I'm thinking, maybe let me eat first? My family and I will never return.
