GO ELSEWHERE TO BUY YOUR CAR!!!!

While the salesman did a good job with customer service and selling, this dealership sold us a LEMON! We purchased a 2009 Suburu Forrester, paid full asking price and drove off happily. Within 50 days of purchase the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree and we were told it needed a "tune up" by the repair shop that our Bill Wright salesman referred us to, Berdines. The car only had 68,000 miles on it!! Berdines put the WRONG spark plugs and lines in it unknown to us of course until 20 days later when the dashboard lights lit up yet again with the same issue. Berdines did NOT use the recommended parts for my vehicle!! (per the Suburu dealership)

Now the Suburu dealer (we took it here hoping for an honest review of the same problem) calls us and says, yes you guessed it, your car needs " a tune up!". NOoooo we just did that a few weeks ago at Berdines. Long story short, dealer turned off my Christmas tree lights and the following week all NEW lights have now lit up and my transmission sounds like an icemaker! I have never been sold a car that is a total LEMON and am now stuck with a car payment for the first time in 10 years with no car to drive and I have put $400 into repairs within the first 6 months of ownership.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!! Go to a reputable dealer who isn't out out to make a buck by screwing good folks over.

I purchased a Clean Black 2002 Ford Ranger FX4 with 5 speed twin stick manual transmission. This truck is rare and I absolutely LOVE it. I can honestly say this was the most positive buying experience I have ever made. Rob sent me pictures prior to purchasing and was extremely knowledgeable, polite and non pressuring. Bill the owner was very honest, professional and a first Class person. He is very fair and chooses vehicles that are unique and extremely clean. This dealer sets the standard by which all other new and uses car dealers should follow. I am very particular with vehicles and would highly recommend this dealer!

Ive bought several vehicles from Bill Wright Auto and will continue to do so, you wont find a better group of guys at anywhere! Down to earth people with a no pressure approach to sell used cars and unlike other dealer THEY KNOW WHAT THERE DOING!
