We went in and instantly had someone ask if we were just looking or if we needed a sales person right away. Everyone there was very nice. We were helped throughout the whole process by Heath. My father passed and I was nervous that there would be fees for turning in his leased Focus early, but Tim took care of everything and was very thoughtful. Heath is the most amazing sales person I have ever met. I would and have recommend him to anyone who is even considering buying a car. My family and I have bought 4 vehicles from him and I would never want to go to anyone else.
