They have the friendliest people there than any other place I have ever had to do business with. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything in an understandable manner. They are so very efficient and friendly. I don't mind going there at all when I find the need to!!

They don't pressure you to buy any brand of tire. They show you the type you should use but the final choice is up to you. The service is fantastic and very professional with well trained employees.

Good experience here. The salespeople are a bit pushy to get you to buy extra things or upgrade your tires. I'd recommend knowing exactly what you want when you come in.

Service was very poor they mounted tires on bent rims and didn't tell me didn't make it to Detroit bacause car shook so bad they could have killed me on expressway kids in shop using garage like there own very serious problems there will be contacting corporate

Nice tire shop with good prices. Staff is friendly and informative. The service is slow as a simple tire repair took an hour be done with a scheduled appointment. Store is always busy and needs a larger shop to resolve the time issue.
