We were looking for a travel trailer to upgrade from pop up and Tommy took the time to show us what they had in stock for the price we wanted to spend and gave us a good deal and took our pop up for trade in. we are real happy with our new trailer they had it all cleaned up and Tommy went through everything with us and showed us how evetyhing worked and answered all the questions we had. Definitely would do business their again.

If I could give them zero stars I would! They completely screwed us. We took our wrecked RV there to get fixed. They told us once they got the go ahead from insurance, it would take 2 weeks. They got the go ahead and said it would be 4 weeks, which whatever. So we call after 4 weeks to see when we could pick it up and they hadn't even started it yet and were told it would be another 3 weeks!! We said never mind, we'll take our business elsewhere. They said no, we'll do it cheaper and get it done by next week, so we agreed only if we didn't pay more than $3,000 for damage which they said ok. Just got a call saying it's done and we owe them $7,400 to pick it up. Mind you, we constantly called them to make sure that the $3,000 would be it, even if that meant stopping at some point. They always have us the run around.magically no one would be available to take our calls. Do not go here..take your business elsewhere. They will be getting a piece of my mind when we arrive to pick it up.

My family and i were camping in the fall in the area when our camper unexpectedly lost power. No heat, no lights nothing. It was a very cold weekend and after calling around to serveral placesin the area i called Bill Gardiner. They were so helpful and friendly! We were able to pull our camper to their shop and they had it fixed fast and we were able to continue our camping trip. I cannot thank them enough for being so accommodating on such short notice. Thank you!!

Tommy was outstanding to work with and was extremely helpful. What a great guy to work with. RV was ready at pick up and it ran great for our trip. Very glad we rented from him and we will for sure be back in the future.

I have always had excellent service. I have had several occasions to have items serviced or replaced on my RV. The work has always been done in a timely and efficient manner. They do quality work and their prices are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend them to anyone.
