The Padilla family is as nice as they come. They were such a pleasure to work with from a personal standpoint. Always cordial and never made us feel like they didn't have time for us in person. My small business has little cash and lots of accounting help needed, and Carlex Group stepped up and got 1.5 years of data organized! Super grateful!

My family and I have used Carlex for our tax return services for years. They always impress me with how quickly they respond to my inquiries and with how detailed their responses are. Each year my tax returns are completed in an incredibly timely manner and I never have any doubts they are completed correctly. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. We have been through a few accounting firms before landing with Carlex. Compared to other experiences they are very attentive to client needs. All questions answered quickly and thoroughly and all work expedited in a timely manner. An example of how hands on they are: one of our employees asked "Are you their only client?" Definitely not, but they go above and beyond to make you feel like you are always their top priority.

I was nervous about my taxes this year after having a horrible tax experience last year. Not only did their accountants take care of my taxes, they proceeded to answer any questions I had and informed me of how I should handle everything in the future. I will be going back to the Carlex Group for the next tax season and am confident that they will be able to handle anything I throw at them! I use Carlex for both my personal taxes as well as the accounting and taxes for the non-profit I run. They make the process easy, personal and friendly, always willing to answer the storm of questions I have, quickly and accurately. They have made me feel like family and that is what I look for in service providers, something you will not find in many companies. I would suggest them to anyone who doesn't want to feel like just a number on a file.
