Second time goinganother great experience but with new comfy seat. Friendly place with personal service, love the pre show drawings as have been lucky both times. This is very different in a good way from the large chain theatres and crowds that typically gather there.

Great popcorn too. No complaints at all and will be back.

Went to see war for planet of the apes with a friend. It wasn't the biggest or fanciest theatre ever, the seats were small and there was only one screen, but this place has charm and character, a great movie experience in a small town setting. A great price on drinks and popcorn too.

Everyone gets the "kid" price. One screen and reasonable prices for movie theater food, too. Longstanding tradition of a door prize drawing continues from the previous owner, too.

Small Town theater that serves great Iowa Popcorn only. Being a small local theater, it afford to present a single movie for a week, then changes to a new release. While still being able to book National Premiers like the bigger theaters.

Best theater in the Cedar Rapids area. Great friendly owners, with the cheapest tickets for new releases. Great deal with refillable plastic popcorn buckets and soda cups that you can keep bringing back every movie for half price. This is the only theater we go to to see new releases.

Went for the first time last week and it was awesome!! What a wonderful FAMILY FRIENDLY and SAFE atmosphere. This will be the only theater I frequent in the future and so worth the short drive from Cedar Rapids! The best popcorn ever along with friendly, personally invested owners. Please check out this jewel in beautiful Mt. Vernon for yourself :)

Super Cute theater! I stopped there with my husband on the way home from an out of town trip. It was a wonderful break from driving. We got to relax, enjoy some popcorn and a drink. The owner even came out and welcomed us before the movie started. How cool is that?!?!?
