Runs are long enough to feel fulfilled with terrain to satisfy all skill levels. Immaculately groomed daily. Pool/ hot tub/ sauna are well kept and will make you feel refreshed after a day of making turns. Condos have everything you need to cook and store food, have some privacy and have stellar views out of the back windows. They are also kept very clean.

Indianhead is such a comfortable and quaint resort! My company recently took us on a retreat and I couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time! The staff was courteous and friendly. They even stayed open late for our group of about 30 and opened a bar that isn't generally opened. I will definitely go back and visit again. It is a beautiful place to unwind and relax -- even if you are not a skier or snowboarder. Definitely 5 plus star rated resort!!

The room at Blackjack's "The Ridge" chalet was great. The skiing/snowboarding and both mountains is fantastic. Overall the resort is a nice, clean place with a very friendly and helpful staff. I can't wait to come back.

The staff has all been helpful with any questions. The people running the ski lifts are all friendly and chat as much as possible during the short interactions. I have brought young kids in multiple occasions, and the lift operators remember them throughout the day and comment on how they're progressing. They also continue to coach the kids on how to approach and ride the lift as needed without any noticeable frustration or irritation. The food served at the ski lodge is similar to the other ski hills in the area. I have not stayed overnight in their hotels or condos, so I can't provide any feedback on those.

Love the wide open and long cruising runs! Fun place for carving out awesome GS turns. They do a great job of grooming. Ladies in the kitchen upstairs are the best! Great food and hospitality. My favorite is ending my day listening to amazing talent of Cory Carlson in the Sky Bar.
    Can't wait to return!

Haven't actually been on the hill in years but I remember it being very fun. Seemed more snowboard oriented. Was there most recently for their Mountaintop Festival. Hippy people dancing to hippy music and selling hippy things maaaaaaaan

Great Midwest ski hill. Nice variety of terrain to choose from. Sadly, the year I bought season passes, they didn't build a terrain park. Also only about half of the hill was open on week days.

We went during the week. It was pretty empty. Overall, had a good time. The skiing was good, but the room and food options left much to be desired. I don't think the rooms have been remodeled since the 80s and the food was mediocre at best. A bit disappointed, but you can find a good deal during the week for a cheap night and free lift tickets.

Great runs and awesome view from the top. An added bonus there is a bus that runs on the hour to a neighboring hill called Blackjack and your ski pass is good for both hills.

A very friendly staff and patient ski instruction crew made our large skiing group a lot of fun. The slopes are right next to the lodge and were freshly groomed. We will definitely return soon.

This is a great ski area for the Midwest. I skied here on 1/16/17. It was a sunny day with temps reaching 32. The slopes were well groomed with plenty of runs to chose from. Something for everyone here. I normally ski (and XC) in northern lower Michigan but this was a great to go even though it's a long to go. Have been out west many times but this was a great alternative.
