What is it their sign says? Something like 5th best pizza in the world? Taken literally, it's probably true. You can't go wrong here.

The pizza is delicious, but slightly overrated. Nonetheless, you won't be disappointed after eating here. The garlic bread is absolutely wonderful (10/10 do recommend).

Very good pizza. Loses a star because service is generally slow, but definitely worth a stop when in Bloomington and want time to catch up with family.

I go here often for lunch. I don't know how this place can be voted 4th best pizza in the nation. It's pretty good but great? That's not happening for me. Pizza's could use a bit more sauce for my palate. The lunch specials are really nice for the price and include a salad.

One of the best Pizza/Food place tucked into 3rd street in Bloomington Indiana. I ordered Pizza and it was the best I have ever had including offerings from NYC and Chicago. It was perfect and my college son and I dreaded going to the last piece for we knew it was too good to leave any behind. Atmosphere adds to the experience. Booths and tables that show the rich tradition of the establishment. The crown was a mix of college students to adults hanging out and enjoying a small slice of pizza heaven. It was ranked in the top ten Pizza places in the Midwest and still hold that distinction

Other than no staff greeting us for several minutes and then finally the host talking to us with food in his mouth, the experience was awesome. Our server was great, he suggested beers that we loved and chatted with us. I love the graffiti writing in the booths and enjoyed reading them as we ate. The pizza was the bomb and we left full and happy with left overs.

As my boyfriend and I are new to town, we've tried a few pizza places and this is the best bang for your buck. Good pizza, tons of deals, and the hot garlic wings were some of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere was rustic and the staff was very welcoming. Out server, Krispy, was down to earth and super personable. 10/10 would recommend trying this place out!

Legendary but unassuming gem in a sea of mediocre college town pizza. Rustic and roomy, the dining room is inviting and comfortable, yet also bustling and lively. The menu is straightforward and the food is excellent. The pizza is perfection, simultaneously crispy and fluffy, gooey but not greasy. The selection of toppings and sauces is adventurous, with hundreds of possible combinations. Service is always fast and friendly. Portions healthy and prices fair. This is one not to miss.

Potentially the best pizza I have ever eaten. The food is fantastic all around and the service is excellent. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lovely and vibrant. Mark up the walls, become a part of IU folklore!!!

Really good pizza place! I would recommend coming here if in town and craving pizza. It is a bit pricey in my opinion but, it's worth it! Service is fast and friendly. This place does get busy and worth getting their a couple min early or at least expect a little wait before being seated.

The pizza is excellent. The service is warm and friendly. If you can order between 4-6pm, the Early Bird Special is the best deal around. The one negative is that the parking is horrible. They just recently opened a location over on the west side of town in front of Kohl's. If you're driving, I suggest you go to that location. Otherwise, this location is just a short walk from the IU campus.

Mother Bear's pizza never disappoints. Great food and service, so definitely worth the trip. The prices aren't too bad, especially for all it has to offer. Mother Bear's has always been the go to pizza place while on campus since it is in walking distance. The only cons are the brownies are super thick (personal preference), the marinara sauce isn't vey thick, and I can do without ever having the pesto bread again.
Overall, completely worth your time and money.
