Outside is pretty chill but busy. Waitstaff seems like they are pretty stressed. Inside is also busy and really loud. Not a great environment to have a conversation with a group. Beer is mediocre but good enough compared to other top end micros from up North or out East. Food, pricing, and outside seating is strong suit. Cannot comment on their sour drinks.

Good food, professional and friendly staff, very quick service, and a fun and comfortable atmosphere. Even have good food for kids that are allowed in until a certain time. Good tasting local craft beer

got the turkey and guacamole club sandwich. it was delicious. great atmosphere, not too busy when i visited. they have a beautiful outside patio! waiter was attentive.

Such an amazing food selection, the spinach artichoke dip is the best I've ever had and I am an aficionado. Also please please try the horseradish poppyseed sauce. I asked my server if he recommended the pizza, and he said no, and I ordered the pizza anyway. It sucked. Honest staff with good intention.

Upland caters to all walk of life. If you are a local or just passing through Upland will gladly serve you. They also have the best food out of any brewery. Their burger is to die for!

Beers are great! Atmosphere is nice for a college town bar. But the bar keep Brian was rude and put-offish. Really managed to put a damper on an otherwise good experience.go for the beer but don't sit art the bar.

Great brewery with a wide selection of seasonal beers. Great seating inside, amazing patio seating outside. Parking is limited, and you will more than likely end up in a metered spot on the street. Parking meters do take credit cards though. Great menu to browse, and really good sandwiches. Lot's of sides to choose from. Would stop here again.

The food here is really quite good, some of the reviews don't reflect this but after living in Bloomington for years I have been many times and have never been disappointed. The beer is decent but a lot of people love it.

The food was just average at best. Contrary to many reviews but in agreement with recent reviews, the food was bland and super un-tasty. Cole slaw was heavy with an onion taste as well as not being fresh. Salads are just average and hummus was disappointing. French fries are good.

Waitress offered to refill water to the table and it was over 10 min before more water was offered.

A favorite of mine and can't go wrong with their burgers and original Upland Wheat. Be prepared to wait for a bit if it is busy, but it's worth the wait!

My boyfriend and I are beer enthusiasts, and we love Upland! Not only do they have a wide variety of tasty and unique beers, but their menu is chock-full of delicious and reasonably priced food. Turkey clubs, burgers, that sort of thing. We have yet to find something that isn't delicious.

Overall, the atmosphere is nice, the staff is good, and the food is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting or living in Bloomington!

P.S. If you're looking to try lots of different types of beer, get a sampler! It gives you 8oz of 7 different beers to try, so it's great if you're looking to explore and try lots of different ones without spending a ton of money on individual drinks. Plus, it's good to share with the table!
