There are times in a man's life (2pm or 2am) when he is craving pizza immediately and having ordered Big Kahuna's consecutively almost every night at 2am I have to post about how impressed I am with the friendly employees, quick delivery & how consistently delicious this pizza is every single time. It's hard to ask that much from most businesses these days but Big Kahuna delivers every single time no disappointment but me saying to friends "this is the best pizza I've ever had" and I've been to Italy there's just something about it!!! I'm seriously never going back to any other pizza joint because BK is just legit and I'm a faithful pizza connoisseur and all my experiences have been spot on here.

This is likely some of the best pizza I've had. The sauce is amazing. Delivery time has always been very reasonable (even during what I would call peak "times/hours/high profile events around town") and the price is affordable. While I order delivery approximately every other week (on average), realistically, there has only been one or two times, over the past year, that the pizza was average. With that said, I am very happy with the service and quality. The employees are fantastic and very positive in my experience.

Driver showed up with her kids in car. 3 slices of pizza had no toppings since my pizza was tipped. My appetizer was missing two items or should I say the decided to trade them. For 3 chicken strips I received 3 chicken bites and instead of jalepeno poppers I receive extra mozzarella sticks and didn't bother to call to make sure I wanted to still pay the 8 bucks for it. I called and spoke to a manager who wanted to start getting loud till I called him out on it. First and last time ordering. Pizza was same quality as little cesar could have saved some money.

My church Miracle Temple Church of Faith took a group of our youth to Big Kahuna's and we had 3 huge pizza's that took up the space of the whole table.

I've never seen a pizza so huge. We had to go to them because the boxes would have never fit through our doors.

The staff was super nice and polite. We left the establishment around 11pm.

Fast, friendly service, but I see I should have had a sandwich or a pizza instead of the pasta. The sauce killed it. Period. Too sweet. The garlic bread was delicious, but had almost no butter and no garlic on it at all. They just lightly coated the *outside* with garlic butter, not the inside. Won't do again.

We have ordered from here a few times an almost every time they mess up but my kids love their pizza. They never want to fix their mistakes ever. They even tried to make us pay two delivery fees cause they messed up

i called them to tell them they put sauce on the pizza when on the menu it says no pizza sauce for the texas mex and they also put a head of lettuce on my pizza to where it looked like a salad with grease i called them they said they couldn't do anything and i said well you made the pizza totally wrong he said what do you wanna do last argue over some pizza i told him i was calling corp on them and he hung up on me DO NOT EAT THERE THEY DONT WEAR GLOVES AND THEY TOUCH ALL OVER YOUR FOOD

If I could give this place 0 stars I would they're customer service was awful. I called to have a pizza delivered and the gentleman on the phone asked me a series of questions and I answered then he proceeded to yell at me because I did not tell him my order as fast as he wanted to. He then insulted me and said "go call another place." I would not recommend to anyone. Also according to their other reviews they're food is trash anyway.

I wouldn't even give this place one start if I didn't have to. I ordered BBQ wings and they brought me buffalo wings. The pizza was cold and the chicken sandwich had no cheese or condiments. I called the manager and he was very disrespectful. He told us to F*** ourselves and that he wasn't giving us a refund or replacing the food. He called me a liar and said that there was no one higher than him that I could speak to at a later time. He told me his name was Tom. We spent $50 on food that we can't even eat. I hope this company is satisfied as this is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed in my life. I will not be returning EVER & Ill be sure to make sure no one that I know goes there to be treated in such a way.

Staff was super friendly and accomadating! Food was pretty good as well. Overall great experience. Know what food your coming for, greasy and hot! I'm not terribly concerned with a little grease here and there, so it didn't bother me. And like I said it tasted good!

Pizza is good but wings were garbage. Couldn't even tell if they had been cooked. Not sure I'll be getting food from here again.

Placed order for delivery, Stromboli with mushroom gravy, side order of seasoned fries. The Stromboli was not what I expected, but tasty, not the largest portion, however, the serving of fries were generous, & the seasoning
had some heat to it. Also ordered a small lil kahuna pizza, it wouldn't remind you of a NYC pizzeria, but a notch up on the mass produced pizzas. The delivery was received within the promised time window. I give the food 3.5 stars & service 5 stars, I would order from them again.
