  I use to eat lunch often when I worked at 1010 Kennedy Dr building. Great pizza by the slice or hole pie. Salads are very good. Beer selections good ,free refill on soft drinks. I never had a bad luncheon here. But I like it even more when they expanded in.

  Food is amazing. However communication is trash. I feel like when I am there on person I receive great service however over the phone I am put aside and ignored. Hire someone who understands English or Spanish por favor.

  First time. Got a medium all the way pizza, it was great. 8 pieces in a medium of good size, easily fed two men. $21.00 and they brought paper plates, napkins and seasoning packets. Very good, I would highly recommend!

  Love this place. Always on point. The pizza's are fresh tasting and the salads and pasta dishes are great. The atmosphere is pleasant and comfortable. I highly recommend this local spot.

  Have been eating here for a few years because I'm a local. But going to stop. I don't know what happened to the food but it's terrible. The pasta sauces have no flavor and they are runny. Asked for a Creamy Tomato Basil and received pasta with slices of tomato 8 to be exact. The pasta was sopping with oil. Discusting!!!

  GREAT food, BIG menu and HUGE portions. I work all over Key West and often order food for myself or home-bound clients. Delivery is usually fast (they get very busy in winter). My husband and I also go to eat in BIG JOHN'S restaurant and have always had quick and friendly service. It is a nice place, Italian-themed decor, lots of room for groups, outdoor seating with umbrellas for shade. It is a clean facility with wheelchair accessible bathrooms, plenty of parking.
  One negative: the wheelchair ramp is at other end of complex BUT Big John did not build the complex 🤔

  Amazing place! I absolutely love the garlic knots there. All the food is cooked to perfection. And Vanessa is the best. Always making sure her customers are well taken care of with a very friendly and positive attitude. Keep up the great job!!!

  Had a great experience. Got chicken pizza and chicken alfredo kids meal for my daughter and the person who took our order I believe her names Vanessa was so pleasant. Can't wait to go back again !!

  Stayed in key west thought we would ordered from the local pizza place instead of Dominos or Pizza Hut.. Called to have it delivered, lady on phone was rude and acted like she hated life and her job, she didn't seem to care if we ordered food from there or not so maybe she just hated tourist. She Didn't tell me the price or how long it might take to be delivered. Nor did I feel like I could even ask her those questions but anyway delivery time wasn't bad, the driver was very nice.. the pizza and garlic knots had no flavor other than grease soaked.. toppings weren't bad if you ate them without the soggy crust 😂wish I could add a picture.. 👎🏻

  I love coming to big johns. Best pizza on the island. I come here few times a week. Never been disappointed. Garlic knots are a must have.
