They have good prices and are mildly helpful, but after sitting down with one of the guys to get a quote on carpet and pad while me and my two workers walked out he called one of us a douchebagNot professional in my opinionThey won't see any business from me or anyone I deal with

Worst customer service experience. Very unprofessional. I would personally go with Rite rug or Empire.

very good customer service. Had some issues with how carpet was installed and immediately the manager aaron sent out different people who got the job done. Now it looks amazing. It was such a shock how our problem was quickly resolved. Most businesses dont care after they get their money but not in this case. Thanks guys. And dwayne is great too..definitely knows what hes talking about and funny too. We will definitely be back.

Some of the nicest people with fantastic prices. The installers we used we quick, efficient and courteous. I will be a repeat customer!
