  The food is never the problem, it is the service. I ordered my food at 12:30 but I didn't get my burger until 14:15. The driver once again went to the wrong door. My food was ice cold (but still good) and because I work in the hospital there was no time to reheat. Big Bite has always been my go to but I can't do it any more. I quit!!!

  Never had their food. I was doing a pick up and the employee (male, African, ~30 yrs old) followed me outside and at first I thought maybe he was just taking a smoke break but no..he stood there for a few minutes leaning forward, staring into my car and mouthing stuff to me. Extremely weird. He was supposed to be working and instead he was following/hunting me. I tried to act like I hadn't noticed him. It was very uncomfortable. Plus he (earlier) bad-mouthed the fact I hadn't understood his accent "That's what I said the FIRST time. Pfff! She"

  Order wings here all the time, no problem with the wings. Just called you guys @1250hrs, i understand you guys close at 1am and im calling a little late. With all that im on the phone, until someone answered with hello, and i replied. Shortly after that they hung up!!. I dont know who's running show but this is the second time this happened. I dont want any item free or anything. Just wanted to say great job on making customers feel welcomed

  The wings are pretty good. I just recommend asking for extra sauce on them. Great blue cheese.

  this is one of the places where u cant orden by phone paying with debit or credit card, have to paid cash or check, we are in 21 century come on people?

  Much of the food is good. However DO NOT order anything with eggplant. I decided to try the eggplant parm and it was maybe the worst eggplant I have had at a restraunt. It was so chewy and firm. Avoid eggplant from here.

  They were okay. Pizza was average, wings were average. Food was luke-warm upon arrival, but not cold. I see a lot of people saying that the food was good, and service was bad, but for me all the above was just average. 2.5 stars (rounded up to 3 stars). I won't be ordering from them again, and I won't recommend it, you get much better food at Paisano's (4 stars) and Valentino's (4 stars).
