The one star reviews here humor me since they are likely from disgruntled Samsung/Android groupies. The reality is that the wait times here are long, even with a scheduled appointment, but that’s because this location is almost always packed and busy. However, the staff here have always been super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 6 last year took a nasty fall and needed to have the screen replaced. Turns out they couldn’t get the screen to lay properly so they ended up giving me a replacement refurbished iPhone 6! I’m still using my phone with no issues over a year later. My wife and I bought our first iMac here in 2004, and we just replaced it a few weeks ago with a new iMac not because the old one stopped working but because it would no longer accept new software and updates. What PC lasts 13 years?! Our old, white, polycarbonate iMac is still working and is now at my mother-in-law’s house so she can learn to use a computer. Apple makes amazing quality products that are intuitive and sleek. Their products are not only functional but artistic. I’m glad to have made the switch from PC all those years ago and will continue to come here for all my Apple product needs.

I would rate this less then one star if I could. I usually always go to this Apple store and a female employee that has helpless me before was so rude and would not fix my friends phone that’s he was locked out of his phone and they sent us home to call Apple support (store closes at 9 Apple support closes at 10) we had a appointment over a hour and a half before the mall closes. They never texted my phone for us to come down by this time we had 15 minutes till the mall was closing. I did not get the girls name. Short dark hair with red glasses. Very rude to us too. I’ll stick to shady side apple store from now on

New store is very nice. Lots more room than the old one. Still crowded on some days and staff is slow, but everyone is friendly and understanding.

This place sucks please don't buy anything from this showroom.my brand new I phone was bended i asked them what are my options they said they can't do anything thats it .i even asked for manager he said he can't do anything.just one word answer. They have to explain my options.i even tried to contact apple head quarter.still waiting for their reply since months.

Love this store and how quick you can get service if you ask. The employees are always helpful and will never be rude or unprofessional. Apple is one of my favorite brands and I will never hate the brand or this store.

My wife has had trouble with her 6s and has had it replaced twice. When she runs and plugs headphones in the phone goes black and never comes back on. This should not happen we have had several other brands of phones but apple is by far the worst. The management team treats customers with 0 respect and talks down to people when they are 21 fresh out of school and barely know what technology is. Questions like did you plug in your phone and treats that they will not replace even though under warranty and no damage to the phone. If you are thinking about buying Apple I would strongly encourage you to go with any other brand for better quality.

Always a frustrating endeavor. This is the closest Apple store for us. We always have somewhat of a bad experience. We needed a hard drive to be replaced on a Macbook Pro. The work done was great. When came the time to recuperate the computer, they wanted us to pay over a $100 to get the old hard drive back, which was ours?? Then one of our Iphone 5S had a software issue all of the sudden. They wouldn't even take a look at it. They simply said it was damaged and that we needed to buy a new one. It's always more and more money with Apple. Why pay $700 for a phone that last 2 years??? Where is the Apple quality? We will definitely look at substitute in the future.

All the employees are really helpful and polite. Can't say enough good things about their attitude and their work. I've gotten my phone screen replaced a couple times here and it's always been done on the hour on the dot even when they're busy. Great store
