We had a good time here. My wife and I played mini golf while waiting on family to drive up so we can raft. We did the 2 hr trip it was a fun time. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for an adventure

We took the big raft out. 4 adults, they have tubing also. Expect to get sweaty, if your in the front or back of the raft. But we all had a great time! The 1 hour rafting goes by SUPER fast, this time we did the 2 hour toursaw some beautiful spots.

This river is tougher on beginners, however this staff was super helpful and nice and caring. I felt very comfortable as a plus size person and they were super helpful to getting one for my weight capacity. Super great place! Super helpful and kind!

Had a great time on the large rafts. My family of 7 fit perfectly. Staff was nice and helpful. We did the rope swing too that was on the river. Definitely recommend and will be back. We did the 1 hour trip. It was perfect for my kids ranging from 10 to 2 and a half.

We went tubing down the sturgeon River and survived. Definitely a plus. I would highly recommend not tying a huge group together.also maybe wait to start drinking until after you start seeing houses it calms down at the very end. Don't get too drunk you have to walk a flight of stairs with every thing you brought and walk back across the highway to return them

The tubing is a blast for people of all ages. Did this as a kid and came back as an adult and had just as much fun. Although when we came back as adults we also brought adult beverages ;) Helps to keep you warm as i believe the river is spring fed - it's always cold!

Good time! Didn't know what to expect. We went due to canceled plans at rosscommon zoo was too hot for animals. But not too hot for family in the river. Took the one hour trip spent two and a half hours doing it. Kids went swimming, we collected cans and bottles all the way down river. Thanks for the two dollar donation but we put it in the recycling bin at the pick up site. Hopefully others will do the same. We had a great time and will do it again. Thanks a lot big bear are you next time.

We always feel so welcomed and taken care of at Big Bear. The kids in my group this year were ranging in ages 3-11 and all had so much fun! From rafting down the Sturgeon River, bumper boats, put-put, and even the high ropes course for the adults and older kids. It was so much fun and such a welcoming environment. Can't wait to go back!

So fun!! I LOVE this place! The staff is so friendly! And the river is semi challenging but that's what makes it so fun! I definitely recommend this place! The ropes course and the bumper boats were very fun!

The trip down the river was very fun. The people that work there that a different story. The girl that check us in was talking so fast I was unable to understand her. We ask she to slow down but that didn't work. Was very rude from the very beginning. The guy that drove the van was also rude. Don't think that I will be going back. Need to do something with staff. No one that works had a smile on there face.

We were told Saturday that two people could rent a raft at $31 per person, got there with reservations Sunday ,after waiting in their line for 15 minutes, we were told that we would have to pay for four people. I'm not going to bore you with the whole story. My experience seem shady from the beginning.

I would not recommend going kayaking or canoeing down this river unless you are quite advanced as it is a very quick river. It has an 80 percent tip rate and the waters current can be dangerous with the weight of a kayak and all of the log jams. The river cats or tubes seem to be the way to go. We definitely got some stories to tell out of the experience though.
