Very friendly and courteous staff. Nice atmosphere. Only complaint was the selection was alot smaller than I had anticipated. Only 4 Indian bikes in the whole place.

Bought a bike from here last week. Have to say, best shop in town. Jimmy was a great salesman, not too pushy, but helped work out a fair deal. Not going to knock a star off but the finance guy kinda took some of the excitement out of buying the bike, but he did his job well and was nice.

Had a great experience at big # 1. My salesman Jimi took all the time I needed to answer all my questions and concerns . He was very courteous and patient with me and there was no pressure put on me to buy. Which felt great ! After taking which seems like a half a day of his time I did buy my can am and have been enjoying my riding.

Outstanding experience. Last night my brother and I drove over from Atlanta and bought two bikes. Great experience starting via email with Renee, then her meeting us in the parking lot, on to payment with Corinne, and last the final inspection with Renee. Great team who gets that customer service still counts. They will be the first ones I call from now on. Thanks Big #1 team!

To start with if you're interested in buying a bike ask for Karla!! She made me feel welcome on my 1st visit when I was just tire kicking. Followed up when she new I was coming back into town and never pressured me. Amazing customer service!!
Patrick the parts guy was great as was the maintenance team. They take there time to get you what you want ,not what they want to sell you.They will answer any and all of your questions and give you advice using customer feedback and there own experience.
Let's not forget Ethan, He's the One who takes your money,and does everything he can to make it painless.
The whole staff at Big Number 1 ROCKS ,if you are standing by yourself for more than a minute someone will come up and offer help a coffee or a coke.

Big #1 Motorsports in Alabama ROCKS!! How many people do you know drive over 5+ hours from Kentucky to visit a Yamaha dealer in Alabama? My guess is not so many but I did! Why? Its not just about getting a fair and reasonable price (that is always one important factor of course), however it's also about exceptional service!

Mike Flint and the entire sales management staff treated me so well that I had to make the long round trip drive! Mike went well out of his way to ensure me that there would be no surprises when I arrived. We had a small issue with the financing terms that was no fault of this dealership and it was dealt with most professionally for sure. If I didn't live so far away I would be going back to Big #1 for all of my service needs as well.

Thanks to the entire team for a truly pleasurable and memorable experience. I plan to drop a letter to the owner once I get a list of all the awesome people who were a big part of this transaction!

I had a great experience with Big #1. Every staff member I worked with made the buying process easy. From initial walk in, I was greeted by a product consultant, Renee, who was very friendly and easy to talk to. I never felt pushed into making a decision. Renee explained all of the options for purchase and answered every question I had.

Once I had made the decision to purchase, they got all of the paperwork together while I spoke with parts/accessories and the service department. This was extremely efficient as they covered the maintenance schedules with me and got together any accessories I might need while I was waiting on the paperwork. This saved a lot of time and I did not feel any unnecessary waiting around. They always had me moving from one step to the next to make the buying process more efficient.

After speaking with the service department, I sat down with the finance manager, Ethan, who finalized everything. Ethan was very easy to work with.

After finishing signing everything, they walked me through operations of the newly purchased vehicle, and I was on my way.

I would definitely recommend buying from Big #1. I will certainly purchase from them again in the future, as well as bring my vehicles into them for regular service/maintenance to ensure my vehicle is running well at all times/seasons.

I bought a 2017 Suzuki gxsr 750 from here last week and i swear the staff that works there are awesome from the time u walk through the door till u leave. Everyone was excited and eager to help youbut this one salesman by the name of Jimmie he was great. I mean I actually think he built the Suzuki. He knew so much about that bike and he had me so excited about buying a bike. This guy gave me all the information and more that I needed to make a decision on what bike was best for me. So of course I bought one lol and I love it. So thanks Jimmie. So guys if u looking for a place to buy a motorcycle and u want Superior customer service and you need to go to big #1 and ask for Jimmie.

I was looking for a new Scrambler and found a large selection at Big #1. Mike, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and helped me narrow down my choices. I picked up a BMW Nine T Scrambler.really cool ride.
The entire process at Big #1 was outstanding.
I was greeted immediately walking in the door. Mike walked me around to meet the service / parts / finance department teams.I met everyone in the place it seems. Really nice atmosphere and very clean. I've been to a few other dealers in the area.walked in and stood around 30 minutes or so without even a "hello" from anyone. Definitely returning to Big #1 for my next ride. Thanks Guys/Gals. Z.

Took my husband's Can-Am Spyder in for a warranty repair. Greeted with a smile and friendly staff of Anthony Johnson and Kyle Jackson. I was informed of approximately how long repair would take and directed to a comfortable couch in dealership showroom since I was going to wait. Munched on free popcorn while I waited. Repair was done with-in time frame quoted and after another round of friendly smiles and courteous staff, I was soon on my home.

Went in to take a look at the Indians during an open house, rode out on a new one. Mike was super cool, showed me some options, and helped me pick out what worked best for me, not something I wouldn't want. Everyone else was great, made sure I wasn't bored while waiting. Service guys seem great. I'll be going back often for new toys and accessories. Great experience!
