I purchased a 2018 Fuji Jari from BicycleDoctorUSA. I was having a hard time finding the 2018 models and shot an email inquiry. I received a very prompt response from Steve and he remained just as prompt through all follow-up emails and calls. He was generous with his time and offered excellent customer service through the entire process. Unfortunately we had some issues with the derailleur hanger, completely unrelated to BicycleDoctorUSA. Steve did his absolute best to fix the problem and even pulled a hanger off of a brand new in stock bike to get me on the bike. Erik also helped with this, much appreciated! Great service can be hard to find these days. I'll certainly be a return customer.
