  I am just a dad who rides his bike around with his kids so far from a pro bike rider, but anytime I need a tire replaced or any thing else bike related i come here. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to answer your questions.

  Awesome store with a good selection and range from beginner to pro.
  I visited the store last December looking for parts for my older Trek 4300. I needed a rear derailleur hanger, very hard to find the right one. Even though my bike was in Texas they were able to figure out the right one and gave me the information so I could buy it when I get back home.
  
  The staff really know what they are doing. I recommend this bike shop for repairs and maintenance. even if you buy online, come to BGI for good setup and maintenance.

  I love coming in! Everyone I've talked to have been so helpful and informative! I came in not knowing a thing about cycling, but they created an environment that was welcoming for a beginner!

  They did an inspection maintenance service on my bike. They also replaced both tires to have reflective tape. I could have bought a new bike but I have had it for many years and it still looks new and rides new. Service was delivered as promised. Personnel were helpful in purchase selections for water holder. They have group bike rides.
