Super helpful guys. Forgot my shoes at home so stopped in to see what I could do. They fixed me up with an old pair of shoes n/c. I purchased some peddles because we couldn't math my clips. They saved my day. Had a great ride.
One of the best bike shops I've been to since moving to Indiana. Knowledgeable staff, an excellent rental selection (Santa Cruz, Kona, etc), and the shop is located directly next to the trails at Brown County. They'll even keep your beer cold for you while you ride!
Super chill, they don't gouge you for work on your bike. My friend rented and the rental was a NICE bike for a reasonable price. Also, it's right by the entrance to Brown County SP so that's convenient. Highly recommend.
Great prices, fair selection for a smaller midwest bike shop.
Great experience with their bike rentals. The bikes were in top shape and ready to ride. Great price for the bike rental.
Great prices and very nice staff. Great mechanic!
I made a reservation and paid the bike online the day before. The next day I just had to pick up the bike and could go directly to the perfect trails around. Bike was in perfect condition and the staff was really nice and uncomplicated! I will definitely come again!
Perfection. I go to Brown County State Park every year. This time, I decided to rent bikes rather than haul them on a bike rack. I thought the rental prices very reasonable compared to other shops. I found the people at Hesitation Point are just exceptional. You'll want to just hang out to chat and pet the resident cat, but there's biking to do, right? The store location is very close to the North Gate of the park, so it's minimal hassle to get to the shop. I ended up with Marin bikes in great condition, and they were just right for the occasional kind of trail biking I do. The only way the experience could be improved for me, personally, is if the bikes were delivered to the camp site (because I have a daughter who wouldn't have been able to bike the distance to camp), therefore, I had to figure out how to get a bike rack to haul the bikes into the park -- but this isn't a reasonable expectation. I managed just fine by borrowing a bike rack. I almost don't want to say how good the experience was, because I'll want to make sure I can get a bike the next time I visit. In particular, I'd like to extend a very warm thank you to Tad, who is one of the most genuinely nice people I've encountered in a long time.
Some of the best trails deserve one of the best bike shops and these guys rock! They've helped me out with everything from free parking, repairs, to selling a friend a great bike during a weekend trip. Say hi to Homer the shop cat and check out this awesome place.
Stopped by to check it out. Really great vibe in the store. Products reasonably priced with some unusual finds. Helpful staff. Will stop by again.
