Great bike shop, the owner clearly knows his trade and was very helpful.
We rode in with a few problems while on a bike trip and everything was solved quickly, even though our bike is unlike anything they sell. That's great when you are a one time customer.

These guys do a fantastic job. I have had them work on 3 of my bikes both road and mountain. Tune-ups, bottom brackets, brake-bleeds, bearing replacements etc. Very pleased with the work these guys do. Take some time and go ride with them on their weekend group rides. Good shop. Would recommend.

Great bike store! I have purchased two bikes, and have had a new fork, drivetrain, and brakes install. Always a great experience. Brandon and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and will go out of their way to help you. Always a small group of customers hanging out in the store to talk bikes with, too. Can't go wrong with the Franklin Gray Goat!

These guys are the best. Always helpful and so kind. I'm not an experienced cyclist - yet I always feel welcome and they explain things in a way I can understand. Reasonable prices and attentive, kind staff. What more can you ask for?

Top notch bike shop in the super nice town of Franklin. A second store in addition to their original store on 135 in Greenwood. Get in here now before the word gets out and they get super busy. Honestly Franklin is making big strides in regards to cycling but GG is still a bit ahead of it's time. They are a full service cycling shop which primarily sells Specialized brand bikes and equipment. They are also equipped to do full fittings! Great group of employees with tons of knowledge and no pressure help to get you in the right bike you will be happy for many many years!!

The Gray Goat is an awesome bicycle shop. Purchased our first roads bike last fall. Being new to cycling we had a lot of questions and the staff has been very helpful and informative. We love our new bikes and the people we've met along the way. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone at any experience level.

My family has a long history with Gray Goat. They are the best of the best. We have bought every bike our children have had from this shop, and as they grow, we will continue to do so. I am comfortable taking in our bikes for tune ups, knowing they won't try to sell me an unneeded repair.
There isn't anything about this shop that we don't like. We love the location. We love the people who know us by name. We love the customer service and support that we get each time we enter the shop.response / report this review -

I have always had excellent service at the Franklin shop. The staff is accommodating and quick to service my bikes when I need to get back out on the road. I have 2 bikes from this shop and would not trade them or the support for anything. Top quality!
