Made an unauthorized charge on my bank account when I don't even have an account with them!! They took $2,022.48 AND $2,398.20 making my account negative $4,429.34! WTH! I'm disputing AND possibly going to sue if my account doesn't go back to the way it was.

BGE in all thier stupidity picks the middle of July, a day that will be 90°+ degrees to switch out a leaning telephone pole, shutting power off to the residents for the day. That pole has been like that longer than the 13yrs I have lived here. They don't care that people have 2 month old babies, or severe lung diseases, or that they are elderly. Not to mention the pets. BGE is the worst. Absolute monsters.

We have had two power outages in the past week. One was almost four hours and this one is still not fixed and projected to be five hours. The amount of money I will have to spend again on stocking up the fridge in this economy is outrageous

Y'all are terrible. You must have sent a technician to the wrong house! You said you came out at 10:49 at NIGHT to check the equipment but didn't use any light source? You couldn't have because i was up till 3am and saw no lights through the windows ( the main issue is located directly above my bedroom window!) Who did you send, Ray Charles?
You're going to tell me that your equipment is fine but 1/2 my tree (that split from the storms on Saturday) is SITTING on LIVE wires is FINE? WTH? You tell me I can't cut the tree because of the wires but you WON'T fix them?? My lights flicker every time the wind blows but NOTHING is wrong??
Get out of here with that mess! Yall gotta be joking!
