If you're using a Groupon for a couple massage, you better remember to enter both people. Otherwise, only one of you will be recipient of the massage. Place is clean and staff is welcoming and friendly. You'll be given a form to fill out about current personal health conditions.
I paid for 1 hour massage for two but since I only entered my pedigree information, my partner wasn't able to receive her massage. We were given the option to reschedule hers at a later date.
But she declined as she was upset, exhausted and expecting a scheduled massage which she couldn't get while we were already there. 😤 The Groupon discount price was good, service was professionally rendered but not the appointment process.response / report this review -

i've been going here 3x a week for the past month. they are very nice and courteous. i never have to wait, which is great since i go during the work day. as for the care, it has been extremely helpful. i've been dealing with back pain for a bit from a sports injury, and came to get it checked out. they helped it heal fully and are working to prevent further injuries.

This place is absolutely amazing! The staff is very nice and helpful, they make you feel so welcome and comfortable. The doctors are great and very knowledgeable. Since I started going to BBS, I feel way better and I'm seeing great results. I've learned so much about my body that I had no idea was even relevant. I highly recommend this place to any and everyone who needs a chiropractor, you will not regret going to BBS!

Everyone at the office is so kind and so professional. I really feel like family when I go there. It's a great concept to have all the treatments under one roof and I feel great after each visit. I highly recommend this facility.

This place is amazing. The staff is super friendly, warm, and welcoming. Ever since starting treatment here and being a patient here I've felt so much better in my everyday life. I have so much energy just like when I was a child. Everyone here is so good at what they do. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Tamara was excellent. I've never had a massage before and she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. All I saw were private rooms, so I'm not sure why people said they were in a room with a curtain. I bought the one hour full body massage from groupon, she really focused on each area. Then I receive a posture exam. They didn't push me to purchase another massage or to become a permanent client there, which I was happy about. There was no wait time.higjly recommend this place.

Great Massage. 5/5 Stars! My back felt completely brand new afterward. Booking the appointment. 1/5 Stars. I booked the appointment weeks ago and confirmed the date and time. They also emailed me the confirmation. The day before the appointment they called to confirm, but they confirmed a different time than what was previously verified. The receptionist stated, ''I don't know why this keeps happening but well, we don't have that time slot available, only this one. So, you can either keep this or reschedule?'' I was very put off by this as they did not seem to care but I set that aside and moved my schedule around. When I arrived the staff were friendly and polite. I was directed to my massage, which yet again was amazing. My massage therapist Howard was great. Afterward, I attended the chiropractic exam. The chiropractic was polite if a little clinical and reserved but she got down to business and administered the test which was about 3-5 mins. She showed me a chart of my back and handed me a sheet for workouts I can do to improve my alignment, then sent me on my way. The chiropractic exam. 3.5/5 Stars. Overall, a nice visit. I would most certainly get a massage here again.

I have had chronic neck and back pain for almost ten years, and daily tension headaches. I started seeing Dr. Lacey and Dr. Giraldo about a month and a half ago, and I am no longer in constant pain. It's amazing how much my quality of life has improved in less than two months. Everyone at the office is absolutely amazing. The entire staff is caring and compassionate, and I look forward to going to my appointments every week. Better Body Solutions has changed my entire outlook on self care, and I'm so grateful that I have found this place!

I have been being treated for chronic neck and back pain at a different practice for over two years due to an accident. After switching to Better Body Solutions just two months ago I've made more improvement than in the past two years. My range of motion has improved tremendously, my pain is now bearable and getting better every day. For the first time in those two years I am now able to sleep through the night again without waking up from jolting pain. Dr. Giraldo and Dr. Lacey are truly amazing and set the absolute gold standard in their practice. The staff at Better Body Solutions from reception through therapists are truly unmatched. When you have lived with chronic pain for so long you start to believe life will just be that way Better Body Solutions has been a life changer for me. - Chad E. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with every person in this office! I have been receiving chiropractic care for 6 years and frequently feel like there is never a light at the end of the tunnel. My scoliosis has caused sometimes crippling pain and migraines. I originally found Better Body Solutions through 'Groupon' for a massage to help manage some of my pain, not knowing they doubled as a chiropractic office. After my massage I was able to meet with a chiropractic doctor, who set me up with an incredibly affordable treatment plan. This office has all the tools needed for the most effective treatment- ranging from massages, chiropractic adjustments, therapy equipment, and they are paired with a physical therapy office right across the hall. I received more effective treatment through a 6 week intensive care plan than I have in my last 6 years of treatment. I am moving out of the city so will not be able to continue my care at this office, but I was sent home with tools, knowledge, and contact information to maintain the progress I have made. Better Body Solutions as a whole has been some of the best treatment I have ever received.

I enjoyed the general atmosphere, stuff was very friendly. I was 15 min late but the receiptionist was quick and went to the massage room right away. Tracy has a magic and very calming voice. I was very relaxed and enjoyed the massage. I went with Groupon deal and got excellent service for the money spent.

I treated myself to a great massage at Better Body Solutions for my birthday. Stepping into the office I forgot I was in midtown Manhattan. The ambiance is so tranquil in the office. The appointment started on time, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the staff was super friendly. The chiropractic exam was really informative - I had no idea my posture was so bad. All in all it was a great experience and I am recommending this place to everyone!

There has to be a no star review option, so I could have used it here. I took a day off for this massage after I got the Groupon voucher and not being able to schedule it in the next 3 months. So I planned my life in that period around this massage. Got here, filled up the form and was beign asked if I had used these services before. I had used them at least twice, and the receptionist wasted my time explaining that I can only use their services one time and she made me feel guilty for coming here again. Since it was my third time coming and Noone informed me about it the first 2 times, I really didn't need to have my time for my massage wasted abd take their unprofessional approach after I wasted my whole day off. I have back problems, enough stress at work and came here to relax, but instead, they wasted my time explaining to me that I can't use the voucher more than once. Apparently not everyone there is well informed. And I had to pay and stress about it. Not to mention she told me my time for the massage is gone and she can't reschedule it for me! After all the drama the owner tried to treat me like an intruder offering me cash?? Who lets those people still have business in town i really cant understand. If there is any force that can shut this place down, please do, cause it only wastes people's time , nerves and money.

Do not go here. (Although the massage was really good). I went here for some real chiropractic work. While waiting for the massage, the front desk person asked me if she can check my insurance too see if chiropractic work is covered. I said sure! She asked.. I did not ask her to check. After the massage, the doc saw me and told me that I have some severe issues with my neck being forward. He said there are some things we can do. Then all of a sudden he said " I'll give you some exercises to do" and he left.
When I got to the front desk, the reception actually said this to me: "You probably do not want to make another appointment because you have a large deductible". I know I have a large deductible and I pay for everything pretty much out of pocket. The nerve of these people. So, I asked if that is why the doc (well..chiropractor) brushed me off. She responded saying "well maybe he thought your case is not severe enough". Well in fact, he stated my neck problems are quite severe so I'm not sure what she was talking about. I will not be returning and I will go to a REAL chiropractor who is not looking at my deductible and making assumptions whether I will pay out of pocket or not.

I enjoyed my experience I recently came in for a massage and it was awesome! The environment was pretty chill but welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. Not to mention, the massage I got really helped soothed my lower back pain. They pinpointed the exact pressure points and now I feel better.
