This is no Betos! this town got brain washed of what real Betos has to offer. I moved here from Salt Lake where I know the difference.Their shredded cheese was wrong, their beans was off, and the rice was not great. The food wasn't bad itself but it was the products they used.
(Like comparing Pepsi to Shasta) I wished this small town could experience the Betos elsewhere. Because Betos anywhere else is better than here.response / report this review -

Total dogfood Mexican. I still cannot believe how much Utahns rave about these guys. A blind guy from Peru with no taste buds could probably cook better Mexican food than Beto's. And I don't think that I've ever eaten anything from any of their locations that hasn't been OVERCOOKED and DRY so that the only remedy is to drench everything in 1 of their sauces. The staff at this location are unfriendly to top it all off.

I can not think of any words to describe how horrible service and food is here, watch me try anyways. When I compare to service at other Mexican places in town, this place is the worst. The food is rubbery, the staff barely speaks English, they have no customer service skills, they never seem to smile or show appreciation for my business even when I tip, there always seems to be (adorable) children running around the kitchen doing g*d knows what, and the last time I called to order I said hello twice and they didn't seem to understand what it meant so I hung up and called again of which they in turn hung up on me. I would not be a customer here, and nor would I recommend it anyone. I've been to classier restaurants in the ghettos of Russia, India and the Philippines.

We order one to two breakfast burritos weekly because they were feeling until they shrunk, in the beginning they were great, last 3/4 months potatoes are dry you can't taste egg ,very little bacon. salsa is never consistent, we have lucked out a few times with it being terrific so we keep hoping and trying. cost is good and it doesn't matter if on sale or full price it's the same.
