I stayed here when Sadhguru was in town at the Isha Yoga Center.. clean room and not too expensive

Great people and helpful crowd. Will recommend Tree City in a heartbeat if your journey takes you to McMinnville, Tennessee. It is closed to the movie house, Kroger, fast food restaurants and Italian restaurant as well as police station, public health center, and a community hospital.

Rude manager could not speak to customers without raising her voice and attacking the patrons. This used to be an excellent place to rest and relax during our trip. This experience has been horrible.

Decent hotel. Breakfast was typical continental. Hotel staff were friendly. Only thing was the hotel has body wash and shampoo in a dispenser in the shower to use. There was no conditioner offered at all and the body wash was completely out. Other than that, room was clean and enough space in the king to put our pack n play. I love that they have a microwave and fridge in the room.

Scary, that it is considered to be one of the top place in McMinnville, TN.
Stayed two nights. The lady front desk agent was very friendly and helpful.
But unfortunately there is nothing positive I could say about the hotel or its surroundings.
In fact, it was the worst hotel we've ever stayed at. The room had an awful smell of cigarette, we had to keep the door open in the freezing temperature outside.The bathroom was dirty, the bedding and towels in horrible conditions and both had a strong smoke odor.Finally, the bed was smelly and super uncomfortable.
If this place is rated as top hotel in the area, I would strongly advise people to look for a vacation rentals.response / report this review -

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tennessee. It was the right location, right price, and had the proper commodities we needed. McMinnville is the home of my ancestors and seeing where they lived and the old fashion atmosphere was a joy.

I love this motel. My only complaint is I requested a King Bed but they were booked. I prefer the extra space in the King Room. Other than that, all was good. Breakfast is good, too.

Rooms were clean and spacious. The indoor pool and hot tub was a nice place to relax after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying here.

I stay here every 5 yrs when I'm in town for my high school reunions. It's clean, comfortable, and for a 1 night stay very accommodating. Especially if your a smoker. Finding smoking rooms are rare these days. But not here.

Hotel needs to pay more attention to providing clean towels when guests leave for the day and soap in dispensers. Hot tub should be hot not lukewarm. If pool is heated it didn't seem that way. Also pool was quite cloudy.

Though I wouldn't consider this property a five star hotel I did give it the top rating. The beds here are extremely comfy, breakfast food is pretty good, and we really enjoy the inside pool and hot tub. I really only expect 4 things when I'm staying in a hotel, comfy bed, decent breakfast, wifi, and a hot shower and this place gets all of these things right. We tried this place after a bad experience at another local hotel and have not gone back.
