Went for a work event. Was very nice food was good. Very clean. Just wish the bathroom stalls were better. Very tight space

This hotel is clean, cozy and has a very unusual inner courtyard. When I was there it was quite overcrowded because of several events it hosted at the same time. The audience we're couples with kids which were super noisy especially during breakfast. Overall it's a nice place but some amenities require renovation.

The rooms are a but odd as the numbers jump around. The lady at the front desk was explaining this to us when telling us where our rooms would be - glad she did, otherwise we'd have been really confused. The staff was OK; the front desk manager was friendly and helpful; the bartender I believe was under a lot of stress and wasn't quite the friendliest person. The crew who was making rounds taking empty dishes took ones we were not finished with yet (it was clear), and others had poured water in our soda/drink that wasn't previously water. The rooms were ok. We stayed on the second floor, and you have to go to the pool room to the correct t elevator to take you up (there's one by the lobby, but that is the incorrect elevator.), so the layout as a whole is a little odd. We stayed at the same time where was another event going on so in the morning the complimentary breakfast was a hot mess; quite a line of people trying to get breakfast and sit down, staff squeezing in and out between the lines to try to keep everything filled up. Overall, the stay and the staff was OK, I don't feel I can give a real proper review because there were two very large events happening at the same time and perhaps they were not quite prepared for it and I can't judge how they are normally.

Room was good, location was good, service was decent. But to have the only ATM in the building broken during events that have over 200 people and have the bar be cash only is a major inconvenience. Then to be told to walk 10 minutes in below 30 degree weather while it's snowing to get cash is our best option is not acceptable. And then after all that, we find out that the other bar in the hotel does take card after all. Incredibly frustrating that none of the three employees we talked with mentioned this. Then to top it all off, the bar started serving drinks in smaller glasses half way through the night while charging the same price. Food was decent, but ultimately hotel quality. Bed was nice.

Went here for a conference. Location is not so hot but the hotel makes up for it in design and service. Love the new updated rooms and the food at the restaurant is excellent. I was really happy with that. Plus they had complimentary breakfast. ;)

Decent room, a little repair needed. Weekend was sold out. Lighting in communal area was not turned on in the morning. Would have liked to have had coffee out earlier than the continental breakfast hours.

Nice stay, helpful service. Fire alarm went off for no reason one night for a while. Staff apologized profusely for the noise. All in all a nice place to stay.

Nice motel if you stay in the lobby and the restaurant. The room was very small, outdated and dark. The bath room was very tiny, but it did have a built-in night light which was nice. The Guest laundry was tiny with 2 washers and only 1 dryer. One of the washers left my clothes dripping wet, so I had to wash them over again in the other washer just to get a spin dry. Both washers had very short cycles of about 20 minutes, so who know if they really cleaned my clothes.

Looking for a place to stay in Kingston well this is a good option. Clean friendly staff and not too far from historic sites or the highway. Off season rates are very fair. Breakfast which was included had some nice hot options and was replaced multiple times. Dinner specials seemed like a good value. Pool was inside and rarely had more than a few quests in it. Small but adequate work out space and game room.

Excellent king bed room with all the expected amenities. Only a shower, no bath tub, which is fine by us. Typical continental + hot stuff breakfast, and surprisingly decent coffee! Really different enclosed middle area housed the very warm pool and arcade, as well as a separately enclosed gym - but you better like working-out on display because it's three walls of glass overlooking the pool. Super friendly front desk staff both in the morning and evening. Everything was very clean. Thank you!

The best western in Kingston N.Y. is awesome!! It's clean inside and out. Their staff is kind, and always smiling. They jump to help you and will even give you a map on how to get to your room, and even explain it to you! The restaurant is great! Food is good, and wait staff is excellent!! I highly recommend this hotel!

My husband and I just had our wedding reception here and the service was off the charts! We had amazing food from appetizers hot and cold to a delicious dinner served later on in the evening. Sage helped us plan and get organized for the wedding while Dillon took over the day of the wedding. They were both amazing. The space was impressive, the food was delicious and the free room accommodation was on point. We got a huge suite which was so clean and spacious every single part of our experience was above and beyond!!! We highly recommend The Best Western!

Excellent staff. They went out of their way to help us and take care of us. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was OK typical standard fare for a hotel. Location was convenient for everything, but once again the staff was wonderful and the kids had a great time with the pool and game room the food at the hotel was surprisingly good at dinner and the bartender was very entertaining

The hotel overall was very nice, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. My children enjoyed the indoor pool very much. The staff at the front desk was not very friendly, or helpful. Simple requests seemed to be a bother to them (they were behind the partition talking and seemed annoyed to answer questions). Housekeeping staff was very kind though.

Rooms and amenities were excellent. The included breakfast was great. My kids loved the pool and games. The one down side was that I called and made a reservation, when I called in route to the hotel, my reservation was not in the system. I had to make a second reservation but was able to get the same price. Lastly, the ability to have late check-out at no extra cost was very nice benefit.
