A good basic motel. Nothing fancy but staff is extremely friendly. You get a microwave and compact frig. Good food is close by.
After booking the room, I called Superlodge to confirm that I only wanted a non smoking room. The office manager stated you get what we have. He then proceeded to argue with me. I am ashamed to face this level of POOR Customer Service. I also wanted an early check in time, but the manager was extremely nasty and would not bend. There are numerous hotels/motels in the area. Please take heed and stay away from Superlodge.
I did not go in with high expectatations, as I got the room for under 30 dollars the same day I reserved it. The rooms are spacious however they were run down and out of date. I did not expect contemporary interior but the lamp shade was badly damaged and the bathroom walls were dirty. The beds sank when you sat on them but they were fairly comfortable.
When I book I was saying to my self it was very low price a week the place got to be not nice but when we got to the place out side is nice clean the front desk was very nice give us info of restaurant around when we got in the room wow its big clean and very nice love it
I would NOT recommend this place. They only give you one room key no matter how many ppl are sharing a room. I guess they expect everyone to stick together the entire time?! The mattresses sink very low when you sit on the beds, the electrical outlets were bad so you can’t charge your phone because your charger will fall out of the outlet, the bathroom door was dirty, cigarette burns on the bedding, pillows were uncomfortable so you’ll need a neck brace the next morning, and I killed a roach!! Nuff said! Rating this place with one star was too much. You definitely get what you pay for.
By far the worst room me an my family have ever stayed in. Only good thing is was clean sheets on beds. Beds are so old, need replacing big time. Only two lights work in the whole room due to bad outlets non of them work, Lamp shades are destroyed. Only two towels in the room for two queen beds with four people, informed us we couldn't get more towels til the next day. Fridge was not working when we got here to keep drinks cold, had to unplug microwave in order to use the fridge an TV due to only a few outlets working. Air conditioner works great tho. Main bed cover is disgusting. Burn mark on the tub, toilet is off balance. No toilet paper when we arrived. Good rooms if your a crack head! DO NOT STAY HERE!
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life. Walked in to check and the manager/employee by the name of Ali was on the phone with a customer and was shockingly and incredibly rude. He constantly yelled, insulted, made stereotypical and generalized comments to this customer, and I quote, " I know you Asians do not know how to read and pronounce other people's names". He was very disrespectful to all of us. Whoever is responsible for this establishment needs some serious decision making to do. I wish there was a rating for bad service, it would have been a big fat shining 5 stars.
First off, the front desk gave me one room key for two people. He emphasized MANY times that the room was only for 2 adults. I don't know why he needs my license plate either. The biggest thing that concerned me was that he photocopied my credit card???? Not sure how I feel about this business having my CC info.
There was nothing really wrong in the room (although I wouldn't even sleep in the bed; we just got the room to drink beforehand and possibly crash at after a night of drinking), but everything was outdated. At every hotel I check for bed bugs, so I did the same with this one and didn't come across any, but my sheets were not washed and had stains on them. Shower water took forever to get warm and only had warm water for a little bit of time. Headboards were extremely crooked. When I sat on the bed, I sunk maybe 2 feet into it. The air conditioner took 3-4 hours to fully cool off the room and was not on upon entering. Lastly, the worst thing about the room is the pillows!!!! They were probably bought at the dollar store and had NO PILLOWCASES on them! How dirty is that? No fluff whatsoever or pillowcases. A shame.
In the grand scheme of things, you get what you pay for. This is by no means a 5-star hotel.
Beds need replacing and mini muffins and coffee are the breakfast offering. I've stayed here twice, and location and price are great. Don't expect a 4 star hotel and you'll be fine.
Booked through Expedia and went to check in. Average night was $11 per night but he had previously ran my card for $66. He said that was his per night rate. I informed him I had a dog and he got mad and started telling me I should have told him on Expedia I had one and the dog would be an extra $30 a night. He then tried to put me in a smoking room, as a former smoker the smell from cigarettes makes me sick to my stomach so I always stay in non smoking rooms. He became very nasty almost like he was doing me a favor by me staying at his hotel. I told him I was not paying the $30 per night for my dog and I was not staying in a smoking room after I had reserved a non smoking. He had already run my card for the full stay and refused to refund any money as it was my choice to not stay. I contacted Expedia and they are returning all of my money and even gave me a voucher for the $66 he had charged me. I have since received a phone call from the police and they were contacted by him trying to file charges for me taking the room key, which he had given me and I stuck in my pocket and forgot to leave. I told them I would mail it to him and the officer agreed that was an acceptable way to return it. I would not suggest staying here. I should've read the previous reviews. I've stayed at the Red Roof just down the street and it's always nice and reliable for a cheap hotel.
It's a cheap place to get away. Check in was great. Guy was friendly at the desk. I loved my stay can't wait to go back.
DISGUSTING. Only gave it one star because I HAD to rate it. We got to our room and tried turning on the lights. The lights were all broken and wouldn't work. (Which was a cover up for the disgusting room). The room looked like it hasn't been clean for about 5 years. Dust everywhere. I went to look at the bed and check It out before I put my stuff down and get settled and there were BUGS. BIG PINCHER BUGS in my bed!!!! I was not in the room for a total of 5 minutes. Packed my stuff and left. The guy at the counter wouldn't give me a refund. Just all around disgusting place. If you know what's good for you, you wouldn't go there
Owner should select better they staff, a couple will host you but the point is they are really rude and for sure hate what they are doing. They dont have any sense of what is a good hotel service. Poor breakfast, better saying there is no breakfast. Its possible to say there is no internet connection ass well, since it just doenst work, dark room most of lamps doenst work. I moved the bad to find a socket and find a condom behind the bed. Its cheap, but there are some other better options nearby for similar price.
The man at the front desk is the rudest, argumentative, & unhelpful employee I've ever come across. He Makes my stay bad because he is lazy and doesn't want to do his job. Super cheap. But even not considering him, the beds are all sunken in. The bathrooms are disgusting. There are cigarette burns all over since he is too cheap to buy ash trays. No over head lighting just a couple of dim lamps that barely work. Too cheap to supply room with tissues or soap/shampoo. If I could give less
