While the motel rooms I stayed had some minor issues the staff was quick and efficient at making me comfortable to the best they could. Everyone was polite and professional. The one thing that I kind of resented was the way I was welcomed by one of the front desk staff. I am a Diamond Select member using my accumulated points to obtain a free night. She thought that the City sent me there to have a place to get in out of the cold. Disturbing. I try to stay at Best Western as often as I can on business trips. My overall opinion of Best Western for the hundreds of visits would be an easy Five-Stars. I am already planning my stay at Best Western for a 6-month project coming up in April. It’s my choice of where to stay when you can’t be home.

Jessica has us near the lobby AS WE ASK but when the Manager came out of the office she changed our room to far away. There were maybe 6 other cars the whole time we were there. They also put a loud family with 3 small children right above us. NOISE!!!! There were lots of empty rooms!!!
The room was nice, beds comfortable and breakfast extremely good!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the rewards program. Breakfast was great! Good selection, fresh fruit, flavored creamer for the coffee . . . Yum!

Our room was clean and very neat. The only thing I can critique is the remote didn't work. Otherwise everything was great. Good area for our dogs to do their "business" plus poo bags. Will definitely stay here on our next visit. Thanks

We did not have an advance reservation and were so relieved to find that there was still a room available. Receptionist was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was a lovely experience in the beautiful room off the lobby - clean and bright!

I give this hotel a 5 star rating because of all the little things they did to make this the best stay at any hotel I have gone to in a long time. The whole experience far exceeded it star rating. I would not only recommend, but I would definitely like to stay here again. I also left a wonderful lasting impression to make me want to choose a Best Western hotel if they are all like this one. You would not be disappointed if you choose to stay at this hotel.

We had a great stay at Best Western Clermont. For me, it's most important to have good mattresses and a comfortable temperature for sleeping. The mattress was perfect for me, and the thermostat made it possible to adjust the room temperature precisely. The breakfast (a typical hotel breakfast) was excellent, but the breakfast hours of 6-9 were too early for weekend travelers. This led to a lack of seating on Saturday morning, as families with small children rushed in just before 9:00. Our family members enjoyed swimming in the outside pool, which was clean and well-maintained.

Breakfast was standard, edible. Room was fine, shower had good water flow, bed was weirdly springy. It would be nice to not hear my neighbor yelling on his phone on the balcony all day and night. Most people won't do that I hope?

I am from the area and have used this hotel several times over the years. It is well maintained and is very clean. We booked the family suite for our family of 5. 3 of the kids are under 7. It has 2 baths and 2 TVs. A pullout sofa and 2 double beds are in the room. The a/c worked great. The bedding was fresh and clean. The in room refrigerator and microwave were a nice feature. We arrived a bit late to use the pool. I would not hesitate recommending this hotel to someone needing a decent, clean and comfortable night stay.

A very delightful experience. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. Very professional and friendly staff. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Check-in and check out was very easy, thanks to the front desk personnel. I give it a 5.

Good quality. Great experience. Quiet at nights tho right off the interstate. Shares parking lot with a Big Boy restaurant but free breakfast is more than ample. Staff is friendly and accommodating. No elevator. Outside rooms. Pool is shaded so cool even when 90degrees outside. Max depth 5ft. Great for children. Nice grassy area noted behind property where families were observed playing touch football and baseball. Great place to burn off energy after riding in a car all day. Fitness room on property as well. Ample vending and even a washer and dryer. Business center in 24hr lobby.

Overall we enjoyed out stay. The building/ our room was clean and well maintained. The asst. manager who checked us in was polite, friendly, and professional. There was a good selection for breakfast. It is an older building, so the doors open to the outside (as opposed to an interior hallway), but we still felt safe. I didn't like that the pool was in a separate building. But that is a personal preference, and not criticism. I only mention it because it might be a concern to others.
