Much better experience here than at a different location with the same company. Large wheelchair accessible room. Comfortable beds and staff were very accommodating. Very impressed!

PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I booked a total of 2 rooms and held with my debit card, when my brother and I checked out we each paid for our on room separate, my brother paid cash for his room and I paid with my debit card for my room. The hotel ended up charging my debit card still twice even though my brother paid his portion in cash!! I immediately contact the hotel and spoke to Mr. Patel (General Manager) and he refused to reimburse my money!! I am now working with my bank disputing the extra charge so I can get my money back. Just want to give people the heads up about this dishonest hotel and if all means do NOT stay here!! Read reviews from others on other sites like TripAdvisor , this exact scam has been done to others. The hotel is rated an "F" on the BBB website !! check it out for yourself

I stay here often with a few of my co workers often for certain jobs. The staff has always been so kind to me and my fellow employees. They are very laid back and informative on local restaurants, stores, and nightlife and other local attractions. The Manager has always been more than efficient if a problem arises. I've heard and read the bad reviews in the past but I've rarely seen a hotel that hasn't had it's own issues. It had changed immensely just in the past six months and I've been utilizing this hotel for over a year and a half. I'd recommend it any day. If you get a chance check out the Jacuzzi room.

I had stayed here with my children and when i did they had a great time they didn't want to leave. the owner was interactive with the hotel. i seen him just as involved as the staff the staff and managers and ownership gave great service. the pool was wonderful i was in a newly renovated room looking over the pool and it was a beautiful scene. i was very impressed and will be returning very soon.

Dont believe any good review on this sewer pit. Someone has been faking them. This place is not just filthy much does not work from the toilets on out. Literally NOT ONE good thing, Avoid.

The in room jacuzzi was nice. swimming pool was out of order. bed was okay. alot of a loose tile throughout the hotel. the continental breakfast was not a hot breakfast like it was thought to be it was Bagels heat up in a toaster and cereal no milk .Hotel definitely needs some up keep done to it but for a quick short one night get away it was okay.

Has become under new management and has improved amazingly. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. They had clean towels,rags and linens whenever I requested. The pool and hot tub were both very nice, clean and relaxing. A delicious breakfast was served every morning.The staff was as helpful as could be and my stay was never interupted. I recommend this stay to anyone that asks. 5 star rating!!

CROOKS! ! ! Manager is a legitimate thief. Aside from the smelly rooms, no pillowcases, terrible service, and NO continental breakfast, the man tried to steal my phone. I realized it had fallen out of my pocket halfway across Kentucky on my way home. I called to verify they had it, and they promised to mail it. After three weeks of dodging my daily phone calls and emails to get the tracking number, after having to buy a flip phone to get by, even after calling the sheriff twice and trying to press charges, this carny sheister begrudgingly mailed my phone. He had forced a factory reset on the phone and activated it. There were missed calls and texts from numbers I didn't recognize, and there was no SIM card in my phone. Now I get to fret about identity theft and lament my lost data. Had I not sent the police after him a second time, I have no doubt he'd have kept it. Don't give him your money.

Was not as presented on the website. Nothing worked , phone and internet. Had to come back multiple times to get TV to work. Good thing was the people working were very pleasant and apoplectic.

This was the WORST hotel ever!!! Nothing like the pictures posted​. On arrival we had reservations, we were given keys to rooms already occupied when we went in. When finally got new rooms nothing worked, ( tv, radio missing light bulbs, room smells) drapes ripped bedspread nasty. No towels or washcloths. Found towels on cart on another floor. Tried calling desk with no answer. At 1:00 am went down to desk and found absolutely NO ONE NO WHERE. Could have walked away with everything. No help. Had to stay there because it was the only hotel in the area. Next morning complained to man at desk and was told sorry but he was not the one that checked us in. WHAT THE F*** WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!

Let me just say WOW!!! Me and my boyfriend took a spur of the moment trip to visit a friend from Nashville and after we got here started panicking about finding a room. Amanda found us the perfect room at an amazing rate and took AMAZING care of us!!!! We felt right at home and she was more than accommodating!!!! If we ever come back we will go straight here solely for Amanda!!!! The pool and hot tub were pretty fabulous too! It's nothing fancy but it was absolutely perfect for us. Just don't forget your conditioner lol

We stay they last July, and the rooms were clean, the staff were wonderful to us !
My Granddaughter's had such a wonderful time at the pool !
We made great memories there, and we plan on staying there again.
Loved how it was easy ,to get to the Mall in East Gate ,and so many of our favorite restaurants were right next door!
The staff made sure, my husband had a Recliner in our room, beings he has health problems.
My sister is checking on getting a room there next week.response / report this review
