EDIT - IN RESPONSE TO THE "SO CALLED" OWNER OF COMPANY: Please come out from behind your computer and see for yourself. Why no management on a job riddled with SO MANY mistakes? It has been a free-for-all which would explain why these roofers are so messy, putting up faulty roofs, breaking skylights and windows and not cleaning up after themselves. Ask your management team what exactly has been going on here. Very surprised the owner of Best Roofing has no clue what has been occurring on such a job. Your company replaced the roofs of all 8 buildings in the entire community of Cedar Landing at Jacaranda in Plantation, FL, 33324 and managed to leave leaks in every single one of them.

Our HOA board picked this garbage company to replace all of the roofing in our 8 building community. Was hoping for the best from "Best" roofing but ended up getting the worst. They broke skylights in our buildings, left at least half of the buildings with leaks (which they supposedly repaired but continue to leak) Almost every neighbor I have spoken with has a leak and they have to repeatedly come out to fix them. This is a brand NEW roof!!! The roofing workers are terrible. Many weeks (months) coming home from work only to find a trashed neighborhood of large wood pieces (old fascia), caulking tubes, random roof pieces. empty water bottles/other drinks, LOTS of food remnants etc. EVERYWHERE without any cleanup. The roofers would arrive in the morning and come and eat their breakfast on my porch while throwing their food and garbage onto the ground afterwards. Lunchtime was the same as I would come home from work with a garbage bag to pickup all the plastic bottles, cans and food all over so not to attract animals. Condo patios were also trashed with piles of tar, caulking and whatever cement they used. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO REPLACE YOUR ROOF. They obviously don't know how to replace a roof professionally and without leaving it to leak. WORST ROOFING COMPANY EVER AND NOT WORTH IT. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT WILL DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AND WITHOUT ALL OF THE MESS!!! Best Roofing is NOT the best AT ALL.

Not only did Jordan of Best Roofing come out to give me an immediate assessment of our repair needs, the work was scheduled quickly, the crew arrived as scheduled and they were professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in the allotted amount of time. I plan to continue to Use Best Roofing in the future.

Not a very well ran business. Did not do any pre-planning or correct the run off of water from the roof. Did not pitch correctly. Did not communicate effectively. Roof leaked more post reroof than with the old roof. 90k invested and the service department is clueless. Sent emails, called to get leaks repaired and they never communicated with me. Had to keep contacting them to get email that was supposedly sent. Finally got email but was an invoice with no other information on a 4 month old roof!!! Would definitely Never use again. Would never recommend and clearly they are no where near the Best!!!

Best Roofing is one of the BEST companies I have ever dealt with. ! They replaced on of the roofs on my house after a leak and then cam back and they even did the interior repair for me and my Daughter. Their employees , especially Ivan are as professional as can be, but the most important thing is that the kept all of their promises and their integrity is outstanding, Thank you Best Roofing.

I had multiple estimates on my new home's roof and when Jordan from Best Roofing came I knew right away we found the right company. Jordan came prepared and found all of the issues with the roof we were asking about and also inspected the rest and noticed the other issues that were pointed out in our home inspection. He was very quick to get us an estimate and was honest about doing only what we really needed to keep our roof in excellent condition for years to come. After our roof was replaced, we noticed there was a large amount of debris and even rock sitting ontop of our ceiling tiles and seeping through. After agreeing to clean it, they changed minds as soon as they saw the amount of work and cleaning that needed to be done !

DO NOT USE BEST ROOFING! Learn from my WORST EXPERIENCE

My roof was to be repaired, ALL LEAKS FIXED as per the agreement and contract with Norman of Best Roofing after we noticed several leaks, the roof had been maintained by Best Roofing for several years. I was told the leaks were all fixed, however they were NOT and a halfhearted attempt was made at best.. 2 more attempts later I currently still with a tarped roof for leaks and buckets and planks on my house weeks later.

Upon the banging and slamming down of buckets and planks with your service and repair department sounding like they were going to come though my roof, the roof they they spent more than 3 days on. The day after they were supposedly done a huge rainfall occurred and did it ever rain down in my house! I had a NEW leak in my closet. Speaking with the guy that patched it when he came back to tarp it that night, he stated that the leak was most likely do the attempts to fix the other leak and that it would be fixed. I was happy with this, as this was reasonable.
The next week the roof remained stripped down, tarp on it and no fix. I was starting to lose patience, so I contacted Mark the service guy since Norman would not return any of my called. Mark had said that he would get me a price on coating the roof to get me a couple more years.. Upon his return after being sick he said "We do not do that type of work anymore and won't be coating your roof" and that the other leak "Was unrelated" and that I could have the choice to pay best roofings cost $1699 to fix the leak. I was not happy with this as I was questioned that the roof leak was preexisting.. Well, there is NO POSSIBLE chance, first off that is my business and I know preexisting damage and roof leaks. There was one set of wet rings on the ceiling not 2 or 3 or 4!

BEST yet (No pun), I awoke this Monday morning to a 7:30am text from Norman the sales guys that said all leaks would be fixed… the text message however said that I would have to pay $1699 to fix the "Unrelated leak" I again spoke to Mark and voiced my displeasure and asked to speak with Clay Thomas, this was on Monday, today is Thurs. and I haven't even been afforded a return call.

I have had several roofing companies over to inspect and discuss a new roof with me and they were astonished that I was left in that condition and have been dealing with this crap! I work with lots off roofing companies all around the country and have lots of connections, so if you are going to take care of thus please let me know because I will have someone else take care of it if I need to, I will want to be refunded the money the previous homeowner spent to have the leaks repaired.
