  Best buy is good enough for retail price products. But would be so much better if they carried components. I'm feeling the need for ways to fix, upgrade, or repurpose items I own. I'd like to move away from the, 'It broke, buy a new one.' Mentality. We don't need to be shipping our trash to 3rd world nations so the tiny hands of child laborers can be employed. Component swapping, click-on augmentation, and improved modular adaptability would make Best Buy Better.
  
  The staff is about 50/50 knowledgeable / newb. But almost all are pleasant and helpful.

  Was there yesterday to trade my phone for a new phone and they were short-staffed so I had to wait a bit. All the staff were nice and professional. This one staff also helped me out with 2 other people at the same time. I can’t remember her name but she’s small with a pair of glasses. Also, 2 weeks ago, I also shopped in-store for some laptops and the guy dressed in Dracula for Halloween also helped me a lot! So far my experience has been amazing here after multiple drive-up/pick up and in-store trips.

  Call the store number only to find out that they don't answer, calls are directed to their stay at home Best Buy employees. They couldn't afford my call to The geek squad to make an appointment or check repair availability. Talk to a gentleman who only provided me his last name Vargas, because he said if he gave me his first name that would be a security concern ????? Anyways that's what has a lot of work to do in the department of customer service and knowledge. I had to waste my time to drive to the store only so they could tell me that they didn't have the product they informed me that I should call next time that's when I explain to them but I can't get a hold of them every one seems to be clueless.

  Best Buy is still my go to place for all my apple products, tv and computer help. Joshua in computer tech is so knowledgeable. Wish they weren’t so short staffed.

  Wow wow wow! This place is huge and has so many products 📺📱☎️. I came here to get some earbuds today, and I left with some earbuds and a smile 😊. This Best Buy is truly the “best”.
  
  Like all Best Buy’s they have a huge variety of electronic products. From Apple to LG to Samsung, they have it all. Is the price truly the best? Not really tbh. The prices are just okay in my opinion.
  
  The employees are so nice and were so helpful. They helped me get my earbuds. Fun fact: products are locked away. Have fun stealing now😜.
  
  TLDR: great store with okay prices and kind employees. 10/10 would recommend 👍🏿
