Never made it to the dealership due to Bill, the Internet salesman. Received too many calls, texts, emails to the point of being harassed. If you like to be annoyed with calls all day, receive a lot of texts after saying NO do not contact me and even more emails after bringing these concerns to the general manager. Then go here. If you want a better experience go ANYWHERE else. I will never do business with this dealership, I regret even have contacting them!

Not to bad ..but Coffee machine there but ..no coffee ..early morn.. Had to wait for hour for car..would have been nice as most car dearlers and waiting rooms provide thatDry creamer..sugar.. No coffee..

Bought our Charger hear, got a great deal. Service so far is excellent. Love the car, but GPS didn't come with and salesman who doesn't work there any longer was disingenuous in knowing that it wasn't included.

I sent my Fiance there to work with the Sales Manager Joe and Jeremy as the Salesman and they were outstanding to her. She didn't feel pressured and wanted to stop shopping immediately because of her experience with the Sales staff there. I recommend that location to all my friends and family.

Good selection of trucks, Brenna was very friendly and wanted to order me a truck from another location, I told her I was going to wait, but I would be back when ready. Service was fast on my truck, they drove me home and picked me up, also fast.

I bought my preowned Dodge Dart from Bertera and had a great experience. They took care of the paint defect on the car and provided me with a loaner car while it was being fixed. When I'm ready to purchase another vehicle it will definitely be through Bertera again.

Im in the process of trying to trade my vehicle to get a bigger vehicle. Gave permission to GM to run my credit one time to see if i would or wouldnt of been approved for. I was now denied since the GM and sales person wanted a sale so bad that they ran my credit over 8 times and now my credit score went down!!! They didnt even ask my permission can the run my credit that many times! Now they wont give me my 40 dollars and threatening me when i have receipt!!! Horrible business

I was with my friend who purchased a Jeep at this dealership today. Jeep was very poorly prepared and when we noticed a dent and multiple scratches they were not willing to give any money back.
The Bozo sales man could NOT drive a standard shift !
I would not buy a lawn mower from this second rate rat shop.

Nothing but good things to say about this place! My fiancé and myself were very pleasantly surprised by how non pushy the salesmen were. We had Austin and were completely satisfied with the professionalism that he showed while walking us through all the steps. Made us feel very comfortable when making our purchase! Bought a 2012 Dodge Charger and can't wait to use it this summer. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be sending my friends and family there in the future! 5 stars!
