Great menu both food and booze, knowledgeable staff, great atmosphere. Daily specials are always so spectacular!!! Local farms and artists sourced!!!

I had the grilled cheese with jambon, it was better that I was hoping. Really stringy cheese and big beefy bread. Wife had the French onion soup which she really enjoyed. We shared a side of mac and cheese, that was also really good. Staff was really pleasant. Great place.

Fantastic meal and wine outside under the stars on a perfect night. Friendly server named Kat who was always available with great service. Love this restaurant. Highly recommend.

One of the very best dining establishments I have ever been to. My girlfriend and I are frequent customers. The food is incredible and the staff are amazing. Would highly highly highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful food here. The cheese is to die for. I had the Mac and Cheese, and quite honestly, it was the best bowl of Mac and Cheese I have ever had. The patio was a little noisy because of the street, but it was very pretty.

Friendly staff, and excellent and interesting ingredient combinations make this a winner. I live in Oklahoma and make it a point to visit this place when I am in town after my sister, who's a true foodie, introduced me to it. The ingredients are fresh and local. The dishes are unique and the flavor combinations are unexpected but always amazing. The chef is a very nice guy and the servers all seem to really care about diners' experiences.

I love this place - been coming here for years. I'm always met with the same lovely service and expertise from each employee. It is rare that one goes to a specialty food store where every employee is an expert but that is the case with Caseus! They know everything about cheese and all the gourmet food they sell, and are more than happy to help you. The bistro is just as good as the cheese shop, with delicacies like cheese/charcuterie boards, hearty grilled cheese, mac and cheese, and more. All of these dishes I have tried and raved about; moreso I cannot tell which one I prefer more! I believe what Caseus does is wholly unique, and experiences of similar quality and exquisiteness can only be found in a European country. Luckily we can experience it right here in New Haven!

The experience was great while parking may sometimes be a little bit difficult to find. During the summer and early fall outside seating is wonderful. If you are a cheese lover this is probably the best place to go!
