I just purchased my first puppy and had no clue where to go! Dr. Parker and all of the vet techs were beyond helpful. Very informative and knowledgeable, truly care about the owner and their fur baby, and the office is extremely clean and inviting. I defiantly recommend this veterinary practice!

The hospital was 5 min away and I called because my dog couldn't breath..they turned him away on their business hourspoor baby.They sent me to Northstar and they were awesome..if they were professional my dog wouldn't of suffered and unfortunately he was put to sleep. After fighting with him at 5 am to take Hoover to Northstar he bought him home. Sure enough he was not uthenized when they told him he was half dead. He said he took him toTwinrivers .shut the place down ( not in the best welfare of other animals who are also in need )uthenized Hoover for free ) God rest his soul .But my dog suffered .died and was in discomfort because they turned him away but to shut the place down..Thier going down.This will be a lawsuit.

Dr Schepp and her staff helped my family through two difficult times with senior dogs. Their bedside manner and obvious sympathy assured we will be back. Their late hours are great for busy lives.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to have found Twin Rivers Animal Hospital. After using another vet in the area and being completely dissatisfied with the level of service and care my pet received, I began to look for another vet. I would never take either of my two dogs to anywhere but Twin Rivers. All of the doctors there go above and beyond what is expected to make sure you're furry friend is taken care of. One of my dogs has cancer and each vet that has seen her has been genuinely sympathetic and spent as much time as needed going over options and treatments each step of the way. They really love what they do and the animals they treat, and it shows. I feel extremely fortunate to have finally found a place that I trust.

My wife and I can't say enough about how great this place is. The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and all the veterinarians are knowledgeable and really care. One of our golden retrievers has been fighting cancer for the last 6 months and the comfort and advice they have provided to us during many of our sadder visits was so helpful, and appreciated. Also they do a wonderful job following up, and take as much time as you need to answer your questions, and help when making difficult decisions.
