There are some truly knowledgeable folks who work here who are always happy to help. Unfortunately it's a small store and only carries a fraction of what Lowe's has in Epping or Home Depot in Hooksett. It's also in desperate need of renovation.

Every time I go in the store everyone is so helpful! One of the employees really stands out in my wife and I eyes, his name Cam B. He always goes the extra step by helping out. For example a few weeks back I saw him in the store on hisday off and he asked if we needed help. He took the time to help when he was suppose to be working with his other job since he was in his uniform! Not everyone would do this! So thank you Cam for all your hard work and young man keep your head up and we hope to see you as a manger on day!

Very rude staff when it gets close to closing time. The younger associates are helpful but the 9pm closing time is clearly way past the older staff members' bedtime. If you're seen shopping within 15min of lights out you get ushered to the door by Andy Rooney's older brother. I love Ace for certain things but from now on it's either Lowes or Amazon.

Ben Franklin/Ace, in Raymond NH, is 'my go to' hardware store for finding repair parts.
They even had 14/2 heavy flat two-wire appliance cord by the foot!
This could not even be found on the internet, so give them a call and see if they stock what you are looking for
