Thanks a bunch to Dana for the excellent service in finding the right replacement stone for my wife's engagement ring. She put us at ease during what could have been a much more stressful time. Between having to file and insurance claim and not feeling pressure to buy more than we were comfortable with, Dana was the best!
The appraisal we got with the new ring also was done well and very professionally!

Terrific service, very competitive pricing and awesome turnaround. Literally, my wife and I couldn't have been happier with the work Alex did, and his family's business is one we will continue to work with for years to come. I would recommend to anyone, even from out of state!

I had the pleasure of working with Linda over the past few weeks and it was amazing experience overall! She spent hours with us in store and then more hours of research and time on the phone with different companies to find us exactly what we were looking for. Mission accomplished!

Amazing service! I live in Pennsylvania so all of my interactions except for an initial meeting have been through email and it has been an incredibly smooth process. They answered all of my questions quickly and delivered the ring to through UPS. All of my future major jewelry purchases are going to be through Bellman's.
My girlfriend had shown me pictures of engagement rings that she found on Pinterest, but I could not find a company that I was comfortable ordering from. I really needed an assurance that at the end of it all I would have a high quality ring and stone. My parents strongly recommended going to Bellman's the next time I visited them. My appointment with David was excellent. No pressure and he took the time to look at the pictures of my girlfriend's current rings and get a sense of her style. He immediately suggested a company that used the original processes to make the vintage style that she wanted. David was able to find a stone that looked beautiful in the ring and also fit within my budget. From start to finish it has been an unbelievably excellent experience.response / report this review -

Get your wedding rings here! We had a wonderful experience working with Linda and the experts at Bellman's. Their customer service is top notch. The professionals at Bellman's are not pushy or try to sell you in one direction or another, rather they are respectful, courteous and patient as they help you find the perfect shiny reflection of the love you have together!

I was referred to Justin Krall at Bellman's from a close friend of mine a few years back and after multiple purchases I'm extremely happy I was. Product is always flawless but, to me, what has separated them from everyone else is the service. Every trip to Bellman's has been filled with education and zero pressure. Justin and everyone else I've worked with have gone above and beyond every time I've been - always helping find the right piece, not necessarily the most expensive. I live an hour away and there are plenty of options closer to me but I'll gladly make the drive to Bellman's because I know I'll end up with honesty and great product delivered with exceptional service. Thanks for everything.

I approached Bellman's about six months ago with a 3D model on my phone and asked for a custom engagement ring. Alex Bellman, Vice President, handled it like a boss and immediately worked out a proposal with his ring designer. After producing several designs we narrowed down the look and 3D printed a wax replica. I was a little hesitant at first since the wax replica didn't represent the stones, settings, or engraving but Alex reassured me it would look awesome. Once we approved the design Alex had the finished product within 2-3 weeks! Since my fiance and I always try to be environmentally friendly, Alex was able to source a GIA certified diamond from a minimally invasive mine in Canada.
Alex and his staff kept in constant contact at all times and provided excellent documentation and education for new buyers. I would strongly recommend visiting Bellman's for any jewelry related items as they give superb service. Thanks again!response / report this review -

I recently had my engagement ring re-set, working with Michelle. She was exceptional to work with on this project, keeping me informed of the process, updating me with drawings, etc., all the while being knowledgeable (and patient) during the back and forth of the decision making process. The end result was a stunning ring that I absolutely love! I highly recommend Bellman's Jewelers.

Walking into Bellman Jewelers I wasn't sure anyone would be able to re-design the custom wedding band that I REALLY wanted. I met with Dana and knew she was really listening to what I wanted while also providing feedback on the design aspects. We were provided virtual mockups and a quote very quickly and the review/approval process was so easy to work through. My new ring was designed much faster that expected and I absolutely fell in love with it- its PERFECT.
What really made this experience worthy of a 5 star review was the personalized experience. Dana asked me many times if I would change anything. I never felt pressured and I knew she wanted this to be a great outcome.

I recently designed a ring at Bellman's with the help of Alex. He was so kind and patient helping me to work through the process as I wasn't sure in the beginning of exactly what I wanted. He offered some great suggestions that helped me complete my design and keep the finished product within my price range. The finished product exceeded my expectation to be sure. I would recommend without hesitation Bellman's to anyone looking for a fine, honest and professional jeweler.

Over the past 15 months; I have been fortunate enough to have the great staff here help me with a few purchases. These have included an engagement ring, necklace and most recently we purchased out wedding bands from Linda. The time and education by the staff has been non pressured, easy to understand and the most helpful. Also being able to call and come in to have more questions answered or even to just have a ring cleaned has been great. Though we live closer to Boston and had friends make some suggestions for going into town - we have been so happy with Bellman's; after my first experience purchasing my finance's engagement ring, and the time, education and the way they make you feel at ease - is awesome. Plus parking is free and so close to many great restaurants as well. We will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Alex was able to find me just the right engagement ring at my price budget. Friendly staff and very detailed explanation on diamonds. You definitely wouldn't feel like you are getting ripped off!
