I wanted a special floral arrangement sent in sympathy to a friend. Being out of state, I spoke over the phone with Nikki. She guided me through the store inventory of flowers and figurines, even texting pictures of them at my request. Her helpfulness, enthusiasm and expertise were exceptional! The arrangement she designed was beautiful! I highly recommend Bella Floral.

I called them from out of state and described to the very sweet lady on the phone what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and told her where I need them sent and she did it. They turned out beautiful and the mug she sent it in and so cute! Great service and speedy delivery. I will always use them from now on. FYI 2 other shops in town turned me away.
