I worked with the Beaver Motors team to purchase my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. The staff was patient, answered all my questions, and walked me through the entire process of getting exactly the vehicle I wanted at the price range / monthly payment I was looking for. A few months after receiving my vehicle, I had a minor issue (unrelated to the dealership) and called them, they went above and beyond and helped me find another dealership close by, get my car all fixed up, and even took care of calling the other dealership for me to let them know I was coming in.

For a vehicle sticker price of $12K. After trade in and down payment. Doing the math on the interest rate and monthly payments. We would have paid over NINE THOUSAND more than what the car was worth. The salesperson. TIM. Completely didn't budge, didn't bother even ASKING about tweaking the offer. And this came after TEN attempts to call through the endless loop of the auto-pickup machine. You press 1 for sales, you hear the phone beep so you know it took your choice. And it keeps going through the other 6 choices. You press one after the message is over and it doesn't even take your choice. You call again and just keep pressing 1 over and over and over until the machine takes it. I finally figured that out after the 9 attempts to even reach a salesperson. They made me and my wife wait for almost an HOUR to hear the offer. And we only heard the offer after I said that my wife and I were leaving, we have things to do today. The service is PATHETIC. Their working with their customers to even TRY to keep the business of their customers buying a car from them is PATHETIC. The fact we waited over an HOUR is PATHETIC. If you have the money to even LOOK at a car. AVOID Beaver Motors at ALLLLLLLL costs. Walk to another car lot if you have to. Walking to another car lot will take less time than waiting for an offer.
