This was my first time at Bobby Rahal Honda of State College despite having a Honda for 10 years now. I had to have a recalled part replaced and it was set up and completed quickly and efficiently. Everyone at the service center was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to go over and beyond. I will be going back for any future service needs.

Good customer service. Very nice people. Giving it 4stars only because I didn't get my car back until much later in the day (the work should not have taken that long). Otherwise great!

Purchased a new CR-V from Rick Fisher, our 3rd from this dealership and all 3 are still in the family. Best price in the area. Great service

I did not purchase a car, but Rick was great. No real pressure to make a sale, and Rick was very patient with my indecision. Overall I came to like Honda as a brand, but I needed soemthing they couldn't give, which wasn't their fault.

I'd recommend doing business with Rahal Honda.

Came here with a couple friends to help with some car shopping. In the end they found another vehicle that met their needs better, but I was very impressed by the friendliness, honesty and attitude of our sales consultant, Lee. I work in consumer experience and we were always treated with respect here, with or without the sale. If I was looking for a Honda I lived anywhere near State College I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bought my First Honda, A 2017 Civic SI Sedan from here at end of June. They are great to deal with for Car Sales. No Hard Sell. Test Drive followed by "Go home and have a think and let me know" Awesome. 3 weeks after they sold me the car it was hit and now they are going above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out, recommended a Collision repair shop and helping with everything else i need. These guy's are awesome. Will probably never buy from another dealer again.

My husband and I had been having overheating problems with our 2003 Civic. Another repair shop hadn't been able to solve the problem. Reluctantly, we tried Rahal Honda of State College, hoping the dealership might know the problems with the specific make better. But we didn't expect much, and we've never trusted dealerships. We've never had service done at one that wasn't for a recall and we've never bought a car from one.

This experience blew us away! While waiting for the diagnostics to be completed, my husband inquired about buying a used car, since we thought the repairs would be too expensive. The salesman let him know about two cars they had that were the model we're interested in that weren't on the lot yet, even though they were less expensive options.

They found the route of the problem, and on top of that, did a relatively thorough check of our car to give us a better idea of how long it can last, without our even asking! And this was after they would've known we were looking to replace if we couldn't get it fixed. On top of that, the repair estimate came in $300 LESS than the lowest we'd expected!

They fixed the problem, replaced a couple other parts while they were in there at our request, and we think we'll get at least 5-7 more years out of this car! And I haven't even touched on their great flexibility with appointment times and shuttle service, since we only have the one car. We'll be back when it's time to get our next Honda!

Bobby Rahal did an excellent job helping me to secure the car I wanted. I purchased a 2013 Certified Fit from them, and the car has returned a joy of driving that I haven't felt in years.

In particular, working with Colin to get a price that worked for both parties was great. He listened to what I was looking for and what the car had to offer, and worked to treat my interests and limits respectfully. When purchasing the vehicle, he made sure to mark down any trouble spots to be fixed after purchase. Many car dealers would simply write off concerns with "as-is" conditions, even when certified. Colin made sure I was aware of them and that when I showed concern, we would work out a way to address them. He is a real value to not only the clients but the dealership itself.

Everyone at the Rahal team that I have dealt with so far has been attentive and direct. I very much recommend at least giving them the opportunity to work with you for any vehicle purchase that interests you.

If I could give them less than a one star rating I would! Very poor customer service. When I come there looking to spend money on a new car, the salesman could have a better attitude. I was there 5 minutes and walked out. Harrisburg dealer tells you one thing and State College says another. Wasted mine and my husbands time.

Worst experience at any dealer in State College.

Sales guy wouldn't give us the time of day, rushed us through a test drive of a car, then wouldn't even talk about what a lease price would look like unless we were committed to signing it that day. Extremely rude comments made to us in addition.

Overhearing other discussions with past customers was very off-putting, a lady came in asking for support on a used car she purchased there, and was basically told to get lost.

Had an issue on our way to Penn State that required us to be towed to Dix Honda after hours. Called and left a message regarding our issue and Mike called me back..after hours and although they were very busy were able to get our car in to be fixed the next day. Kudos to Mike and Sam who made sure we didn't miss a minute of our trip visiting PSU!! Would highly recommend this dealership. Thank you for the great service.

I went to this dealership to purchase transmission fluid for my Civic. The posted hours on Saturdays are 9am to 3pm, and I arrived at 11:00am.

There were at least five employees behind the service desk, and all of them refused to sell me the fluid. They said that they were closed, despite their hours stating otherwise. When I asked why there were so many employees behind the desk and why they would be unwilling to make $100, they said that they were cleaning and organizing the service area and could not allow me to buy anything.

This is unacceptable, and I will not bring my Honda here for service again. It is incomprehensible how they could simply refuse to help a customer during business hours despite there being many people standing around behind the desk. I wasted 12 miles of gas and 30 minutes of time. I eventually ordered the fluid from a dealership in Doylestown. I had to wait two weekends to perform the service, but unlike Dix, they were professional and had great customer service.

Amazing customer service, even from a few states away! Dix Honda & their exceptional service team provided help in the form of quality guarantee & reimbursement on my road trip, when I broke down. Thanks so much for taking sincere care of your customers! Dix forever.
