Good food. Friendly staff. Nice view. Worth it.
We frequent Beau's because of the great customer service, great food and fabulous atmosphere. We have never had a bad experience. You have to try the lobster bisque soup..no other place can compare! I love this restaurant because of the overall experience. Everything from the drinks to deserts is Worth your hard earned $$.
We married here three years ago. The small, reception was blissful125 a plate was worth it. We went tonight for an anniversary dinner. Filet was aged nicely, but had a liver taste. Ravioli was awfulit used to be the best. I just had mushroom ravioli from Costco that was superior. This was the draw for me tonight, but the ricotta stuffed, dry ravioli was soooo disappointing. Scallops we're perfectly cooked, as was the asparagus. Risotto was undercooked and flavorless. The bread was frozen and dryand the butter was thawed but not greatit tasted like the refrigerator. The service was accommodating and pleasant, and the silverware and drinks were polished. We ordered a creme brulee, and it was comped, as we did voice our dissatisfaction with the rizoto and ravioli. This place does so many things well. I wish that they would polish the little things. Fresh bread, good butter, fresh pasta, and pleeeeeeease, do not send shake, parmesan cheese to my table. For 200 bucks, you should have some nice shaved parm. I feel like hotel restaurants have poor self esteem. They want to be the best, but then get lazy because the have a built-in audience. I hope you get better, because I would like to come here more often.
We came in just for dessert. Lovely experience. Perfect service, superb food, and beautiful atmosphere.
I absoutely LOVE Beau's on the River in the "BEAUTIFUL" Sheraton Suites. The staff are top notch, the food is delicious and you can't beat the view!!
I enjoy coming here. They have great apps(the olives & hummus is bangin) and their burgers are fantastic as well as the chopped salad and chicken wings. Like i said i enjoy coming here. The warm chocolate cake && sorbet & berries are both good desserts. Awesome views. Thanks
My husband brought me to your Restaurant for my birthday on April 28, 2017 at 5:30 reservation. Your Restaurant is very beautiful with a outstanding view.. I was very displeased with our service and that food. To explain myself my husband asked the blond server about a special she didn't know how it was prepared the size of steak or the sauce that was on that steak. She said was going to find out what size steak was and never came back with answer . My husband was just brought the dinner. I order 6 oz steak medium well. It was brought to me very well. I was never asked how my steak was. To finish your visit at your restaurant another server brought are bill cause he seen us waiting a long time. For the price you pay us as customers expect outstanding service and excellent food. I wished it was a better first time visit at your Restaurant.
The holiday brunches are legendary. The quality is exceptional and the artistry is exquisite. The wait staff is exceptional and the turn around is very low so people get to know the wait staff and return for business lunches, special occasion and celebrations with a beautiful view.
My boyfriend and I enjoyed our breakfast this morning at Beau's. The view was absolutely breathtaking! Our waiter, Jeff, was very nice and made sure to check on us often. He made us feel welcomed!
The food was very good and I have to say I loved the french toast.
They have decent food selections. They also have a decent happy hour. The prices aren't too bad. I have been here a few times. The breakfast buffet could be a little better.
My boyfriend and I went to dinner here for Valentine's Day. He was super excited to go because he said he had heard great things but unfortunately great is not what we experienced. We spent a lot of money to be highly unsatisfied and that is with his dessert being comped for being below expectations. The mussels tasted very fishy and were almost unbearable to eat. I literally had to spit them out. The sauteed mushrooms were so salty that I couldn't eat them. The drink glasses were cloudy and covered in water spots. My boyfriend picked off an ungodly amount of food off one of his unused forks while we were waiting for dessert. Needless to say we will never be returning. Nor will our office be ordering from the Beau's in Fairlawn since we see how low Beau's standards are.
