No one likes when their pet is sick, calling around and trying to get a last minute appointment just makes it worse. I was so thankful for the receptionist who answer the phone, listened when I explained what was going on with my kitten and spoke to the Dr. To get me in ASAP. The entire staff was kind, caring, professional and passionate about animals. The Dr. was obviously passionate about his profession and was very informative. I appreciate him & all the staff so much.

We love Dr. Beatie he is very knowledgeable he's helped me with several issues my Australian Shepherd has had, as well as other pets. The staff is also wonderfully friendly as well! This is just a great caring place to bring your fur babies!

This place is terrible. We took my dog here because he had a weird spot on his belly. We figured he got into something and it got infected. Beattie told us it was cancer and gave us medicine. Well the medicine was like $400 and it almost killed him. He wasn't eating, he was throwing up, and he wouldn't move. We stopped giving him the medicine and brought him somewhere else. It turns out he had alittle yeast infection and just needed some antibiotics. Never will I take ANY animals there AGAIN. He only wants your money. I recommend cedar hill in Richmond Hill. My dog got all his shots, a bottle of shampoo and some other medicine, and they trimmed his nails and cleaned his ears for $150. They are nice people!

For new patient they wanted 400
And for all the first shots, exam, and dewormmer it was another 400. 800 for all. that is just ridiculous, liberty vet wanted 166 for everything and our puppy adored the vet and she was so kind and gentle with shots he didn't ever notice he got them. I don't care if he's the best that price is crazy, especially when there is a great vet down the road for more reasonable.
