Small and out dated. Only a small stove type heater in main room. No heat in bathroom or bedrooms. Froze sleeping with door closed.

Very nice owners and nice grounds with great view of the lake. However, the cabin was dated and felt dirty; My husband dealt with a dead mouse in a trap immediately upon our arrival and mouse poop on the couch meant that we spread our own blankets on surfaces before sitting down. I slept in a sleeping bag on top of the bed because the sheets had little flecks of dirt, sand, and dead leaves, making me think they had either been dropped outside after washing or had not been washed after the previous guest at all.

I have been here 6 out of the last 7 years and will continue to go back. The services are great with the cabins more then adequate. The bait shop that is on the grounds is always well stocked and self serve. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place and people! Been here twice ice fishing and wouldn't go anywhere else here on Lake Gogebic! Great fish cleaning station and bait shop on the grounds. Plus, a great place in general to just get away and enjoy the Lake and have a reasonably priced place to stay in the Northwoods! The owners, Bear and Tricia are super nice and helpful with everything also!
