Great experience! Food is fabulous and freshly prepared. I worked at a restaurant more upscale and don't expect to receive that level of service at most restaurants, but our waiter, Mitchell, gave my wife, my two best friends, and myself a fabulous enjoyable night. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a higher-end place in the area. The chef made a vegetarian entree for my wife just to accommodate her and because she is celiac Mitchell made a special amuse and brought out a substitute for bread. Thank you for your excellent service and hard work. We will absolutely visit in the future.

The food was amazing. Detail and thought was put into every dish. They were very accommodating to gluten free and vegetarian needs. Mitchell our server provided excellent service. This is a place I would come to every time I am in Destin. It is right on the water and has a wonderful atmosphere.

Fantastic experience! I brought my girlfriend there the eve of Sept 26. We were escorted to a great table on the spacious deck outside and received excellent service and dined on great food! I had the seared tuna and my girlfriend had the lobster tails. We toasted the sunset from the beautiful view off the tiki torch lined deckalmost storybook! Beautiful atmosphere! Will definitely go again! John (Atlanta, GA)

The Beach Walk Cafe was absolutely amazing! I planned a surprise proposal for my fiancé there and the entire staff was extremely nice and cooperative in the planning of the night. I decided on the "Toes" experience The food was excellent, atmosphere outstanding, and our waiter was incredible. Definitely an unforgettable night. Thank you to the entire staff, we will be back for years to come.

This happens the weekend of the 5th of August 2017. People are required to pay after they have reserved a table out on the beach, plus extra to set up and other extras. That's fine. However, This restaraunt treats Active Duty Military who are married to their Partners with disrespect. How you ask? My friend who is an an senior Active Duty person, she spent $500 to reserve a table out on the beach with all the extras and perks for her and her Wife's Anniversary. When they got there, the staff, including the male hostess and waitstaff acted so nasty to get them to leave. My friend had to pay $500 for an all out Anniversary that was nonrefundable.
I'm spreading the word not to spend money at this place to all my AD and Veteran friends all over the US and overseas.

P.S. If I were her, I'd sue, tell the Better Business Bereau, and, other agencies about the discrimination not just against LGBQT, but against minorities, and Military Persinnel.

Super amazing food and service! Sunset dinner on the patio is a must! Make reservations early, they are busy. The lobster tomato soup is a show stopper. I don't even like tomato soup! We had nothing that wasn't better then we expected.

The service and ambience were great. However the food was sub par for the price. I would pay half the price for the quality of the food. Coming from DC we are used to paying top dollar for meals so this isn't about money. The special grouper was tasteless. For a delicate fish the accompanied flavors seemed to neutralize the grouper completely. The ribeye cap was one of the most boring steaks we've had at a restaurant. I've had a 22oz bone in ribeye for half the price that knocked the socks off beach walk cafes ribeye cap. If this restaurant wants to charge these prices the food has to be better. Otherwise cut prices in half because that's the food your serving.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th anniversary with a special adult only dinner out. It was amazing. The food was top notch. The view was beautiful. The manager and our server (Betty) made everything perfect. Thank you for making our evening so memorable!

I had bought a groupon and drove from crestview. It is well worth the drive. Food and service was excellent. Ask for Jim for a waiter. Ignore the negative comments. Theres always someone bitching about something. I would definitely return.

Food was deliciously pared. Scenery was amazing and it was a beautiful night. Definitely a top 10 in Destin. The only down side was they do not offer a Veteran or Military discount which is why I didn't give it a 5.

We had the chicken, it was fantastic. Cheese tray, asparagus and spinche salad. All very delicious. Little expensive but worth it. Waitress was very sweet and attentive. Very helpful with ordering. The view and beach were excellent, definetly will go back!
