  Thin wall, sharing snoring with next door. Disrespectful neighbors (party ppl & smokers). You always get what you pay for.

  I was skeptical of the place before visiting because it doesn't have great reviews online. Having lived here for a year, I truly don't understand why. This is a great place for anyone who wants a nice, fairly calm/quiet mid-to-upscale home very close to both the 101 and 92 freeways in a beach-like environment.
  
  Pros:
  - Quiet/clean community (no trash builds up on the ground; no one makes much noise)
  - Nice apartments
  - AC is not really necessary. The weather here is close to perfect, but a little on the cooler side year-round
  - Dog friendly
  - In-unit washer/dryer
  - Beautiful/colorful landscaping (nice variety of flowers and plants that are well maintained)
  - Management is friendly
  - Neighbors are friendly
  - Service requests are handled quickly and reliably
  - Proximity to freeways makes getting anywhere relatively easy
  
  Cons:
  - Some dog owners neglect picking up dog poop, which is especially frustrating as a responsible dog owner.
  - Planes make a lot of noise during the day (~7am - ~8pm) a few times an hour for 15-30s at a time because we're close to SFO and directly in the path of landing planes. The noise is barely noticeable with windows closed. We like to have the windows open, so we just pause our conversation briefly. For work-related phone calls, I close the window and problem solved.
  - We can hear low noise from talking voices through our bedroom wall at night (sometimes). This is not ideal, but we bought a white-noise generator and live with it. We've gotten used to it. It's just part of apartment living.
